Cancelled 10 mins before check-in - no help given
Host cancelled 10 mins before check-in. Expedia had promised all the help we needed if anything went wrong - all we had to do was contact them. Except they didn't want to know when we did.
Atrocious customer service.
We were incredibly lucky that someone from the same apartment building went out of their way to help us search for alternative hotel rooms, in a city that had just received around 4,000 additional travellers for an event.
Happy to take your money straight away, non-existent when things go wrong, and slow to refund.
NEVER AGAIN.
