When placing the order I got confirmation of it but then received an email saying we are holding the goods in your basket if you want to complete the order. I sent an email to ask for clarification but only got an automatic reply of received from you. Goods were sent and received as promised however. I had ordered a Brooks saddle but the proofing sachet that should have come appeared to have been torn from the back of the card holding the saddle - no big deal as I ordered a care kit too so was able to proof hide it - just a shame it was probably a fellow cyclist that had removed it!

Communication and speed of delivery. I would say that you request feedback a little too quickly as this was requested the day before the item actually arrived and maybe the day after would be better. Overall though excellent service and my purchase seems excellent.
