I have been getting the Monthly Coffee subscription on and off during the past 2 years and it's always marvelous. The big box (3 bag) subscription is the best value you can get on the Danish market. You get 3 different specialty coffee bags, where usually 1 of them will be as good as Gesha. This month's subscription from Bugan is easily 10/10. I have no clue how they've managed to keep the prices the same, while keeping the quality so high, something no other roastery has managed to do. I have had to contact support a few times and they've always been super quick and super helpful.

My only small complaint is that I wish it was a bit easier to manage your subscription after logging in, instead of having to find the link from the activation email.

Anden uge skal jeg få leveret mad - jeg fik en besked om, at de ikke kunne levere og et helt tilfældigt billede, der bestemt ikke er fra min blok. At skrive til support er fuldstændig nytteløst, da der slet ikke er nogen support. Måltiderne er praktiske, men på grund af den forfærdelige service ville jeg aldrig bestille igen fra dem

God kvalitet til prisen og virkelig hurtig levering

I got the fast delivery just to be sure that my order will arrive before Christmas, it arrived just 2 days later. The products are of high quality ad definitely worth the money, plus no need to pay taxes for a UK product which is a big plus.

I received my package in 1 day and the price was great so I'm super satisfied with my purchase.

Jeg aner ikke, hvordan dette firma har så gode anmeldelser... Du skal simpelthen ikke købe dyne eller pude hos dem. Jeg har købt en dyne der var alt for varm til 4000kr og derfor ubrugelig. Jeg ville holde mig til at købe mine dyner fra andre firmaer, som ikke snyder dig fra nu af.

High quality furniture at really good prices. The only thing that could be improved is giving a notice half an hour in advance instead of 5 minutes when delivering over 100kg sofa but otherwise I'm really happy with all the furniture I've bought from there

I finally got my package delivered by another guy who was really nice, and it was really good to know exactly when the package is coming :) Thank you for the response, I leave 4 stars because of the initial bad experience.

It's the second time a guy called Abdalazez is trying to deliver my package, I've had twice before deliveries with Budbee and I've had no problems. But this guy Abdalazez just calls for less than one second and then marks the package as not possible to deliver. There's no way to contact support or call back, is this a joke or what, how can I get my package???

Noone should use this company in Denmark, it's just the worst. I have tried to call FedEx around 100 times but they never pick up even if wait for an hour. Also two times they said they're going to deliver home I was waiting at home full-day without even going out even for a second and both times I received a notification that they've tried but couldn't deliver. The worst part is I already paid them 65 euros custom fees, and now I cannot even get my product which is coming from Taiwan, it feels like I'm getting scammed...

Super fast delivery, it took less than a day from the moment I ordered to the moment I received my package. And I'm super happy with the quality of the goods so far.

Couldn't be happier with Toogoodtogo's new shop, big variety of products at really good prices. I was pleasantly surprised that some things even arrived with a later expiration date than the one specified on the site.
