Already written & submitted a review recently, - but basically you guys provide pretty well the best Customer Service I’ve ever come across, replacing within days a faulty flatwound bass string in a £95 set of strings that had snapped immediately it was put onto the guitar. Brilliant service & a joy to do business with. No need to look elsewhere for replacement strings in future.

A broken string in a new £95 set of bass flatwound strings had to returned for replacement under warranty. The extremely helpful Customer Service staff resolved the problem both painlessly & very efficiently & within a matter of days I had my replacement string. Thanks guys, you scored 12 out of 10 & I’m mightily impressed!! I won’t shop anywhere else for strings in future.

Usual excellent service - efficient, prompt & accurate. I got exactly what I ordered, on time & I’m a happy bunny!

We came looking for ideas on sofas for our new conservatory/sunroom & went out having found & bought exactly what we initially didn’t quite know we wanted - job done, brilliant!!
Star of the show was Denise Ruston, who listened & then guided us carefully through various options whilst we gradually homed in on what we really needed - & we walked out happy with a perfect choice at an extremely reasonable price.
Denise was very knowledgeable, friendly & professional, quick to answer questions, and both helpful & efficient throughout - every home should have one!

Dominic was brilliant - polite, friendly, helpful & efficient. He made parting with my faithful old Rover75 (16 years old & 235,000 miles of trouble-free motoring later!) as painless as possible.
I would give him 10/10 except that, although I can’t think right now of anything he could have done better, nevertheless there is always room for improvement somewhere, hence 9/10.
