Just started the process. Got a fixed fee quote through coop. Coop passes me on to my home move conveyancing. They gave me the wrong quote. I clarified what the final cost would be. Then they passed me to premier property lawyers who gave me a different quote. Their quote stated it was the cost for a typical sales like mine. Within a day they have increased the charge by £75 which they said was a 'mortgage' charge. Are they trying to say a mortgage is not part of a typical purchase? I'm messaged them about this and another unnecessary charge they added to my case. They only responded to one of my queries so communication doesn't feel great.
This is a farce. Fixed fee but keeps changing. Also why have I started with coop the my home move conveyancing and ended up with premier property lawyers?
I feel I have to move to competitor as if this is how they are at the beginning of their service I'm worries how bad it will get down the line.

Refund not automatically given. Bought items in Feb for click an collect. Didn't collect and realised that they still hadn't refunded me after 3 months. Called them and couldn't find my order. Filled online form. Received email saying contacting a completely different branch. I replied to email saying I'm not happy and just want my money back as it should have automatically been refunded like every other store. No response. Few days later got a call and obviously still couldn't find my order. They apologised about the bad system. Eventually gave me a refund. What a lot of hassle for a simple uncollected click and collect.

Was told need to use they paid service to sell at the value I felt was more realistic from my property. They offered the free service only if I undervalued my property. Market information and communication was good but if there are conditions to it's free service then they suould make them very clear.

We do have optional extras, like a hosted viewing service and premium listings, but you never have to use them — no matter what stage you're at in the selling process. Free next day delivery useful. Didn't have enough stock but negotiated 2 separate deliveries.
1st one left curb side. 2nd one kindly took up stairs to front door.
Didn't need to return any item but if realised if we did then we would have to pay return costs plus they would take 25% 'restocking' fee. Not sure why you don't get 28 free return like you do with normal purchases from other shops.

We are proud to offer a free delivery threshold that is much lower than our competitors meaning the majority of our orders are shipped free of charge to our customers. To continue to offer this service we cannot unfortunately also cover the delivery charge for returns.
If an item is faulty we would, of course, cover all charges to return it back to us. I hope that clarifies for you and your flooring project goes well.
Bought brand new s7. It was cheaper than anywhere else. This was the 4th phone we bought from smartfonestore in the past 4 years. All have come as expected.
