I bought my glasses as backup for contacts, but they're so cute they've become a fashion accessory. I love my glasses and the service is terrific! I bought glasses from Zenni and another company and the Zennis were not only more stylish, the communication and service was far better from Zenni. I returned the ones from the other company and am staying with Zenni from now on.

My experience was smooth booking with this company and customer service was great. No complaints. (Please note that I accidentally posted a negative rating previously and this was my error, getting this company mixed up with another booking agent. My apologies.)

Installer arrived promptly and installed equipment satisfactorily. Installer was polite and communicated well, and called another installer when needed. However, the appointment went longer than estimated. Also, though the installer assured me it would not interfere with our internet, we lost connection during installation. We had to call for internet repair and they said the security installer fried our internet connection.
