Extremely unprofessional!

Extremely unprofessional!! Delivery drivers arrived after 11:00 PM for my neighbor and spent almost 20 minutes yelling outside the building trying to find the unit. They woke me up out of a dead sleep. I’ve never seen a service operate this way—completely disrespectful of the neighborhood and the time of night. Just unbelievable!!

Always a bad experience

The only time I have an issue with delivery is with FedEx! Most of their lazy drivers cannot even carry a 2 lb package up to six stairs to the only porch or entryway we have in front. Instead, most boxes get thrown in front of our steps or our mini driveway near the road. The last few packages have been light, so it hasn't been a big deal, but the last one was a bulky desk and 80lbs. The driver threw it in snow right in front of a scrap pile we had left for someone to pick up. I am also here by myself, and I couldn't get the box in. These drivers are supposed to lift up to 150lbs, and if they cannot, then there is a dolly provided! Also, getting through to customer service is ridiculous!

Wish my experience was better

I placed an order for a jacket. After talking to the person I was ordering it for I realized that I had ordered the wrong size possibly. All I did was send an email to ask if we could make changes or if it was too late. I never actually told them to cancel or do anything to the current order. I got a completely impersonal email back just stating the new size wasn't available and that they cancelled my order. If they would have just answered my question I asked , I would have told them to keep the order and we would see if it fits. Now no sizes are available! That is far from great customer service and I won't give them another try
