I was told that my package would be delivered on a certain day nothing happened. I did not get the package they they sent a message that it was being held up, but did not really explain why I called the number for customer service. I got an AI voice. I said I wanted to talk to an actual representative person. They said they are often not available finally after staying on the phone for 10 minutes I got a representative who was very pleasant and hopefully helpful. I told her that the whole process took too much time and that their customer service was not good and that they should connect people who have issues with a real person if if the person asked for that find another service. This one is not good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY............every time a company uses this delivery company I never get the item and I repeatedly have to stop payment of the items. This time they said the package was delivered, I was home all day, I have 2 very alert dogs and they never made a sound all day......the only door shoveled out had no package. They lie!! I thought I was doing a noble thing by a fellow small business and ordering the product from their website vs Amazon. Man, was I wrong. 1st problem was that they "attempted to deliver" to my obvious business address on a Sunday. That put it back on the truck and when I called CS on Monday, and repeated and confirmed my address 3x, I was informed it would be redelivered sometime within 3 days??!!!?
Well today I get a message they its out for delivery, cancel my appointments to make sure I am here, check the tracking page every hour or so, and at 5pm find out that they "Attempted" to deliver at 10am this morning but the problem was "Incorrect/Insufficient Address"!!!!
I work in a major metropolitan area, in an office park with many other businesses. UPS, USPS and FedEx never have an issue.
And good luck trying their customer service who was tyrying to make excuses for the driver and make it sound that the mistake was mine while I'm actually sitting in the delivery location and they are obviously somewhere on the other side of the world where its always hot, and lot of sand all around.
Now I have to wait 3 or more days to try a 3rd time. I am close to calling my CC Company and putting a reverse charge in for the 1st time in my life.

Not a Reputable Company. Would Not Use.
A seller on Ebay that I purchased an item from used GoFo Express to deliver my item. GoFo Express first of all hires delivery drivers that don't speak or understand English. The delivery driver delivered my item but drove on my lawn and my neighbor's lawn instead of driving on the paved driveway. Apparently no respect for people and their property. She then returned 5 minutes later to my home after delivering my package and parked behind my vehicle and just sat there. I thought that was strange, so I went out to speak to her to find out if she was lost or something. She started speaking to me in Spanish then pointed to my doorstep where she originally left my package. I told her I don't speak or understand Spanish, but told her I received my package and when she leaves to please stay on the driveway and do not drive on my lawn or my neighbor's lawn. Not sure if she understood what I was saying, but she eventually left. I emailed GoFo Express about this driver and my experience, but never got a reply back. I also emailed the seller at Ebay to let him know that if the delivery company he uses has no regard for people's property that could hurt future sales regarding getting repeat customers. Would not use GoFo Express. Never heard of them before until now. Doesn't seem like a reputable company based off of the drivers they use and the lack of response regarding communication. Would not recommend or use.

They delivered my package to the right house number, but the wrong street. When I called for support, I talked to an AI that said I’d be emailed in 5-10 business days. I’m thankful there was a location pin, so I could figure out which house it was delivered to.

My package was never received. Contacted Hike Shoes and they claim the package was delivered. Instead of using intercom for the condo unit they left the package out in the open. I work from home and would gladly let them in...

GFUS01033034846592 tracking number. My 2 items were thrown in the walkway where there was an opening in my gate to place them. Anyone could have walked up and stolen them. It seems like this happens a lot with your GOFO express company. I was not pleased as if it was glass it would have been broken. Please tell you delivery drivers to care about their job and what they are delivering, Not happy with your service.
