New car experience
Sales side very helpful , no pressure sales. Trade in price for own car excellent. Whole sale was pretty slick. New car had obvious faults which should have been picked up at the pre-delivery inspection stage. Service people took 2 attempts to rectify. Technician left dirty foot marks on carpet (brand new). Software had to be updated which should have been done prior to customer handover. Still waiting for service report which should have emailed by now.
Since having written the above I have had a phone call from the manager apologising for the car going out with faults which should have been picked up beforehand. I am pleased that AC are acknowledging the problem, hopefully that will help future customers.
