Nothing wrong with the service, they seems to have a good system with DHL in Germany/ParcelForce in the UK. After customs clearance charges, VAT and Excise Duty this does make buying wine from Germany very expensive. However, I made a very poor choice in expecting 2022 Trollinger purchased in 2025 to taste good, it was awful, almost undrinkable. A very very expensive mistake to make!!

Half of the first shipment (12 bottles) got lost in the DHL/ParcelForce system and ended up being returned to the sender, but I received a full refund without any hassle. The first part of the first shipment (12 bottles) as well as a second order for another 12 bottles arrived quite quickly and payment of customs charges through ParcelForce was quite straight forward. Very easy to deal with Vinello and I will definitely buy from them again.

Some of the parts had out of date 3M Double Sided Tape, but I had to get PayPal involved to get them to send me replacements, where the tape was in date, which they did, when received from the manufacturer. Apart from this, overall a good experience and would probably use again.
