Complete garbage I ordered screen…

Complete garbage I ordered screen protectors for my Xiaomi 15 which took an age to arrive. The easy applicators didn't work properly and left bubbles but worse of all they didn't fit properly and covered the front camera....and why well probably because under the sticker that said for Xiaomi 15 they were actually designed for Samsung devices. Not only that the finger print scanner becomes obsolete as it doesn't register whatsoever. All in all a complete waste of money with zero customer services.

This is the third handset I have…

This is the third handset I have purchased and Im very impressed. The service is excellent and quality of the products is good. Renewed handsets are the way forward for sure and can save you a tonne of money if you are prepared to either wait a bit until they filter through or if you are not precious about the latest greatest model.

Honor repair

Sent in my new honor handset which had a rattle sound... No update for over a week, claimed to have fixed an issue with the charger and returned.... Handset is still the same! Pointless exercise

Due to the stabilization feature built into the camera, some rattling is expected as some parts move to aid this feature.

I regularly look around at energy deals…

I regularly look around at energy deals but avro is simple to consume and sensibly priced against the market. The only thing I would love to see is a simple app that I can use to submit meter readings or better still make use of the smart meter already there which was installed by SSE and seems pretty useless!

So having moved from three in general…

So having moved from three in general things seem to work ok, however having activated another sim, although the account showed live the sim was not. I tried several phones and raised a support ticket and 2 days on still no reply or service. I have ended up clicking to suspend the serivice and request a replacement sim card to see if that sorts it but the support is non exisitent!

Update also I have a Three Sim on the same phone....this has full 4G and yet my Smarty Sim only has 3G.....now that really is not great news and clearly the reason they can bundle much more data because you will never be able to use it :)
