Avoid this company. Their travel insurance policy is worthless.
I made a claim under my travel insurance because I missed a flight due to a traffic accident on the way to the airport. The claim was rejected without any consideration.

On 25 May 2025, I paid £249 to this company for lifetime access to their forex trading signals. Over the weekend I noticed that I have been removed from their service. I have written to the company asking for the reasons why but they ignore more. These guys are scammers so avoid using them
Order arrived quickly but the item they sent me seems used. Not happy when spending so much on a bag. I wrote to the company a week ago and still have not heard back. I would avoid using this company as they don't seem to care about customer service. I will take it up elsewhere.

The guy running this company is called Mahad. Avoid his signals, he is not profitable and I would also put him in the bracket of a con artist.
A few years ago I paid a lifetime fee to join his discord mentorship, MahadFX Mentorship, as did thousands of others. People joined based on his youtube channel jumped on the SMC bandwagon. Despite paying a lifetime fee for his signals, the discord group has been in active for awhile.
Now I noticed that he setup a new company, Mega FX, trying to scam even more people
Avoid this place. Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone. I had s surf session booked for 7 march. Unfortunately I have a cold and it's best not to attend. I phoned 5 times to try to change with no answer. They have no idea now to run a customer focused business
Superb vps. Quick setup and super fast for my trading accounts. Highly recommended.

Terrible terrible. They continue to not answer any of my questions. They are doing nothing to resolve problems caused by them. I really advice all not to use nootica.

In September 2022 I ordered a wing foil set at a cost of more than EUR 2,000. Nearly 4 months later I am still not able to use the items.
First they sent me a used foil even though I purchased a new one. It took forever for them to sort a replacement. finally the used foil was picked up and supposedly a new foil was sent. The new package arrived in late December 2022. Inside the package were two chair seats with no sign of a foil.
The company doesn't have clue with what they are doing. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Avoid Leroy Merlin. We ordered two items, an expensive sofa, chairs and table for the garden and two sun loungers. Both arrived damaged due to the insufficient packaging for the items. And now dealing with Leroy Merlin via email/telephone for a replacement is absolutely painful.
Buy elsewhere
Follow up review- still useless customer service from Leroy Merlin. I spent eur 1,739 on the Las Vegas sofa, chairs and table set. Only the table turned up which was damaged, I want to return it. I ordered on 14 April. They are unresponsive to emails. When you call you have to wait a long time to speak to someone. Probably the worst retailer I have dealt with in 25 years of being an adult

I was looking forward to trading with Deriv but I have had nothing but bad experiences with their staff.
i signed up with Deriv on 2 January. I provided verification documents immediately. I still don't have a funded account on 18 January
For 1 week Deriv were difficult with my address verification. The documents from the start were in line with what was mentioned on their website. i provided 4 different documents showing my address. it wasn't good enough. The staff just don't seem to look at documents. They appear to be clueless. In the end it was accepted. So so painful.
The next problem was funding a deposit. I am resident in Italy and have a card registered at my address in Italy. Deriv won't accept it. I have provided a confirmation from my bank showing that the card is registered at my address. Deriv again checked the document but came up with an excuse for not accepting it. The excuse made no sense at all. They quoted that the card was issued in Austria. Austria is not mentioned anywhere on the confirmaiton that I provided. The staff don't care and don't pay attention. The card is registered at my address in Italy. I have used it to fund accounts with IC markets, Vantage and Naga without problems.
It is painful to deal with their live chat. they disconnect straightway. Since 2 January I have probably been on the live chat 100 times. it is like banging your head against a brick wall.
Overall opening an account with Deriv has been terrible. The worst broker I have ever had to deal with. Opening accounts with Vantage and IC markets for instance was a breeze and done with an hour. ID verified and funded with a credit card.

Fed up with hsbc. Hopeless customer service. Every payment I make to an account is blocked by the fraud. Every time I make a payment I have to spend 15 minutes on the phone saying the same things over and over again. Also this morning I wake up to find my account suspended. To resolve the issue I spent an hour on hold on the telephone. Time to change banks

Very poor customer service. I set up an account a week a go. Provided verification documents and still don’t have an open account. If you can’t be bothered to setup my account why on earth would I choose to invest money in your platform
