Great price and customer service. Our whole family uses them quite often.

Their books are sometimes very yellow. Customer service contacted when one book came much more damaged than they said. I could still read it and in fact was partly thru it. They told me to recycle and/or put in garbage and they would send new one. Why send me another one when even tho damaged I could read the one I got. It would be better to just give credit. Plus I was charged shipping even when I was a new customer and it said free because the book was on sale. I didn't understand that. Otherwise they are ok to find missing books from series.
