Took my money, couldn't log in, rubbish support

After signing up, the welcome email did not include a temporary password, so it's impossible to sign in. I have contacted support via several methods and heard absolutely nothing. No help, nada. At this point, I'm feeling like I've been scammed. Would NOT recommend!

Having submitted this review, I _finally_ got a reply from musical-U and the issue has been resolved. However it's taken several days, and I've contacted them multiple times via a number of different channels. So I'm still not very impressed.

TOTAL SCAM

I paid £1 which I was told would be refunded - it wasn't. The answer I got was only vaguely helpful, and took HOURS of waiting to receive. Then, three days later and without warning, I was charged £30. I had not been told I was signing up for this or that I had to cancel before the 3 days was up. I feel like this is a total scam. Would NOT recommend.

Dreadful delivery and customer service

The courier (fedex) delivered my parcel, which was damaged, to a neighbour. They did not tell me which neighbour, only that they had left it "nearby". I had to go door-to-door until I found it, with a neighbour I have never met before. He was extremely apologetic about the state of the box, assured me it arrived like that, and told me he hadn't wanted to accept it, as a) it was damaged, and b) he didn't know me. He said the courier assured him that I would be contacted about the location of the package - this was a lie. I called BrandAlley to complain and was fobbed off with a non-apology by someone who obviously couldn't give a toss. While the product I bought was good, the delivery and customer service were shocking, and it's only luck that I got the parcel at all, and that nothing had fallen out of it. I am unlikely to buy from them again.

ETA - BrandAlley did contact me by email after I left this review, and offered a proper apology. They refunded the shipping costs and gave me a £15 voucher.

Helpful and responsive

Natasha and Liam were both extremely helpful. The property was my late Mum's house and had been empty for a while. They organised essential maintenance and obtained quotes and sorted out the house clearance for me. They were very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
