Impressive Service

I’m very impressed by and pleased with Lisa West’s customer service for Lasta. Since Lasta handles several health platform apps, I was terribly confused & frustrated when I reached out. The response, English-as-a-first language conversations (not rote scripts) and overall empathy have been stellar. Regardless of how I use the exercise program, I’d definitely work with Lasta again.

BloomChic is Run by Real People

Kept in touch with me throughout the lengthy delays in my first order as the company moved from overseas back to USA and gave me a small refund. That first dress was exactly as I’d hoped. My second purchase was a dismal failure and I returned it. Return cost me 30% of the dress’ price! I’m now very hesitant to order.
