changed my review

I originally left a bad review, as I hadn't had a response however since it has been proven to me a response was sent, and I have got to say the customer service I have received has been 20/10! un real! I cant fault the customer service team! not only have they refunded me with a gift card for stuff I bought in September ( was trying to be organised for xmas and was way to early!) they have done it with no arguments! so I will buy from Trailsberg again and again! shame Montirex don't have your customer service skills! im stuck with there outfits that don't fit! no help at all

We do extend our returns policy slightly over the Christmas period; however, as these items were purchased in September, we are only able to offer an exchange.

You may return the items manually to our warehouse using the address below. If you choose this option, please include a note with your full name, order number, the items you are returning, and the items you would like to exchange them for.

Montirex is great and all my son wears

Montirex is great and all my son wears! But sadly I ordered him lots of new stuff for Xmas in September, stuff I had ordered before just different colours and the sizing was off. I’m now stuck with them as Montirex say it’s outside their 30 days returns, but for a £600 order, and a regular customer I would like to think maybe exchanges or credit notes could have been issued! All in original packaging ect. I just ordered in advance to be organised, and as I said he already has the tracksuits in other colours so sizing shouldn’t have been different

Very happy with the experience, Original driver turned up and said he don’t have room for our collection even though they were booked in ect, and it was early in the the morning, he said he would come back after lunch? I thought there was going to be a problem, but he stuck to his word and all went smoothly

In post is amazing! Ans so easy to use! One branch near me the scanner is rubbish so I don’t use that locker set, but another one round the corner the scanner is better so it’s quick easy and 24/7!

Awful dress, not like the pictures

The dress took a while to arrive, then it’s arrived and looks nothing like the pictures at all! The colours are even off, they are not the same colours as the pictures. Then they make you pay to send items back! Never order from here again
