My parcel is lost. The items cost about 300 euros. The store doesn't respond or help me. Deceive me. I'm very upset. They don't solve my problem. No parcel, no money. I do not recommend this store!!!! Track my parcel LY051923596DK.

Please note that packages can be delayed during these Corona times.
If your package is lost of course you will get a full refund- we have never said otherwise.
We are sorry that your package is delayed but we have never said we will not help you.
