I would not recommend ZoomInfo for any size business. Before signing, I specifically asked about the large number of negative reviews online and was told by the sales rep that they were “from competitors.” Unfortunately, my experience has reflected exactly what those reviews described.

Despite months of consistent effort and following their guidance, I saw no ROI. The data quality was poor, outreach results were disappointing, and the promised “intent signals” did not translate into any meaningful opportunities. When I raised concerns early, I was told the issue was with my outreach, not the platform, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

The contract terms lock you in without flexibility, and while they emphasize training and “best practices,” the underlying product simply did not deliver. I feel misled both in the sales process and throughout my usage of the platform.

If you are a business evaluating this tool, I strongly recommend looking at alternatives before committing to a long-term agreement.

Looking at the business cards for a business you started represents all your hard work, sleepless nights as well as your wildest dreams! Being a business owner is far from easy but when you have a fantastic product that is designed very well it makes it all worth it.
