Its not £1 for first month as you have…

Its not £1 for first month as you have to take out their insurance, then you have to buy one of their locks. So a little bit sly but that all said it is a very simple process and very efficient and easy to use, allowing access with your mobile phone to gates and lifts is nice and easy. All kept clean and tidy.
Not sure about the check out time seems again a bit sly that you have to give notice 15 days before the anniversary date or you will be charged a whole month again. It should be up to about 7 days before.
Would be more stars if it wasn't for all the sly bits trying to get more of your money.

We are sorry to read you did not receive all the information on pricing you needed. Our on-site managers are available during office hours to answer any questions on storage and pricing. Unlike many other storage providers, all available units and prices are shown online, including our special offers.
The only extra costs new customers need to pay are a one-off administration fee and a unique sealed lock to your storage unit to guarantee no one else can access your belongings. Although all our facilities are fully insured, you still need to get an insurance to cover your stored items. Our rental prices can’t include this because the cost depends on the value of your goods. Ordered the 5 bed mover package and it…

Ordered the 5 bed mover package and it was all a rush to beat the stamp duty uplift. The carrier company only delivered 2 out of the 5 bundles so was in a panic. I called Davpack who were very helpful confirmed that items were missing then despatched the WHOLE order again which arrived the following morning. All helped getting us moved on time. Thank you.

Delivered bang on time when I requested…

Delivered bang on time when I requested it and was kept informed all the time leading up to delivery. Was able to track drivers progress online when he was 10mins away so I knew exactly when to look out for him

Poor after sales service

The sales staff are helpful and friendly but that's where it stops. Once you have placed your order and paid your money they are impossible to deal with constantly being brushed off from one department to another all blaming each other and no one helping. Poor quality furniture delivered and poor customer service.
