Don’t trust their repair promise

I’m extremely disappointed with lululemon’s so called “quality” and repair promise.

After my coat tore during normal wear on a simple country walk right next to a seam I contacted customer service expecting support or a repair especially given the brand’s reputation and premium pricing.

What followed was weeks of back and forth repeated forms photo submissions and delays only to be told in the end that nothing could be done. No repair. No goodwill. No solution.

Despite being a loyal customer for years I was treated like a case number rather than a valued customer. Their “quality promise” sounds great in theory but in my experience it is not worth the paper it is written on.

If you are buying from lululemon expecting long lasting products and support when something goes wrong think carefully. Once they have your money you may be on your own.

I will not be shopping with them again.

Terrible experience! Charged twice due to eDreams system failure, no help provided


We tried to book flights through eDreams, first using my daughter’s credit card. The website showed an error saying the booking hadn’t gone through, so we tried again with my own card. Same error.

Next thing we know two booking confirmations and double charges.

We immediately contacted eDreams, providing screenshots of the error messages showing the fault was on their side. Their response? That it’s not their responsibility and we should chase the airlines for refunds, and then they might refund us.

This is completely unacceptable the duplicate booking was caused entirely by an eDreams system glitch. As the booking agent, they are responsible under consumer law (UK Consumer Rights Act, EU Consumer Rights Directive) to fix errors caused by their platform, not pass the burden to the customer.

Instead, we’ve been met with zero accountability, no help, and no refund.

Be very careful using eDreams if their system fails, you may be left footing the bill. We’re now pursuing this through legal channels and card disputes. Avoid.

Claiming for damaged Parcel

Parcel, I sent arrived damaged, and it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone to claim for this damage! Been trying to do this for two weeks now, and the robot just keeps not allowing me to speak to someone or to resolve this. Can someone please help!

Greedy and Unethical! Avoid!

Disgusted at how a company like @evitamins cheats their overseas customers. Beware as they will rip you off!
They don’t use a proper currency calculator so you pay in Sterling what they charge in Dollars! Also charged me shipping even though I was shipping to the US abs not overseas. This should have been free! When my mom called to have the difference refunded. They made a load of silly excuses that it’s because I ordered on the uk site!
Not very kind or ethical! Greedy and poor customer service!
