The service stinks.

The service stinks.
The official government site allows you to file electronic passport renewal, or post office, secretary state help you easily.
These guys take an electronic form, charge you extra 100 bucks or so, then Next day email you saying they are sending pre filled papers, you loose 2-3 days, then you have to go to post office, mail the form.and pay additional 39 bucks of expedited service and you already lost a week.
What is the service?
Just pay them extra money and loose time?
It's a con in my view.

It's ok, just like most of the others

It's a good site.
But once I paid the price, they changed the insurance price by $30 without any explanation.
They did not reply to the ask for the optional activities and how to add them.
I am still waiting.

After looking into the details of your booking, we can see the insurance cost went up after you added the optional extra to the tour. The cost of insurance is based on the total tour cost, so if the tour price increases, so does the insurance. We do send a notification through the booking page which you must accept before this is charged. Your feedback about this is greatly appreciated and will see whether any improvements need to be made to offer further clarity in the future.
