7 days without updates of the shipment. Sent 2 messaged to customer service on the web contact form and there was no answer. Purchased from Spain web biotechusa.es
Update, good support on the email webshop at biotechusa.com, They resent the lost package, but the Spain Web Page and contact form is the problem!
