Lovely Wooden Plaque Personalized

Bought a Wooden Plaque Personalized Couple Cabin Scene "Growing Old", for Valentine's and wedding anniversary and just loved it.
It looked exactly as pictured or it's even cuter 😊, great quality and it really looks good. Shipping didn't take very long either, was afraid it didn't arrive in time but still plenty of time 😊

The bracelets and the earrings are cute

The bracelets and the earrings are cute!
The bracelets have a really cool feel. They're little stones, but they're so polished and silky that they feel like rubber.
Did two orders, one of them took its time but totally worth it

Signed up with Pop telecom today. Talked with Paz who was very helpful and friendly. Lets hope that, when i got the service, I'll be as pleased.

My service was supposed to start on the 28/10 but, unfortunately wasn't so fast forward as expected, having to complain. Though, the person to who I talked were always professional and friendly, explaining the situation and trying to help even when wasn't their fault, being dependent on the work of others. Seems that Openreach couldn't make the connection and had to wait until the 1st November. We always want the service when it's supposed to but, sometimes worth taking a deep breath and be patient.
When the service started was very slow what was disappointing but, after talking with PopTelecom again, they started doing tests and what so ever and later, I was presented with the service running how I would think, perfectly 😊
Now I have an average of 64Mbps download and 18Mbps upload, in opposite of 13Mbps download I had on previous provider. Happy as Larry 😁

Parcel lost, 6 months later no parcel and no refund of insured value

Update at 13:00 21/11/22 after Parcel2go reply at the end

Parcel picked up on 28th May 2022.
Unfortunately the receiver didn't get the message from costums on time so couldn't get it trough. Costums sent back to sender and parcel2go lost the package. Since then I've been contacting them and they have been stalling and not sorting anything. Now, in November 2022, that I decided to make a complaint to receive the value I insured it, £50, when the value is superior as its a used TV box that I had to return to the TV supplier or I pay a fee of €150, they don't accept the document of the supplier as it is not an invoice. When you hire a TV service you don't buy the box, it's included in the service. You only have to pay if you make an early finish and you don't return the equipment what unfortunately it is the case as they lost it.

Update at 20:10 21/11/2022 after having a chat through messenger with someone that replied to a comment I did on their page. Explained everything again and seems that the claim was accepted as received this by email:
"November 21st 2022, 2:16 pm

We have made an offer against your claim. Once you've accepted an offer of settlement, we'll transfer your reimbursement via your preferred method of payment."
If I didn't get the reimbursement in one week I will update this review again.
