Having read reviews on here and…

Having read reviews on here and seemingly really good I decided to go with photo fresh over other companies.
I placed my order 25/11/25, with the email stating orders take 5-10 days to arrive.
Of course i expected longer delays with it being relatively near to Christmas.
However, when my order stated ‘delivered’ and I’d never received it I started emailing just saying I hadn’t received it and please could I have a POD. The company then kept sending me the same email ‘we expect your order to arrive today / tomorrow there has been delays with Royal Mail and your order hasn’t been delivered’.
They then sent a generic one stating orders made before Dec 9th will receive orders before Christmas. Obviously my order has never arrived and now the company has been ignoring my emails for nearly a week.
Having spent over £50 on air fresheners I’d have thought they’d at least have the decency to respond to emails and keep me updated instead of just ignoring the fact I’ve never received my order a month later.
Will be requesting my money back.

We’d really like the opportunity to look into this properly and make things right for you. We requested more information from you via Trust Pilot regarding your order but unfortunately we didn't hear back although if you’re able to get in touch with us directly with your order number or postcode, we can investigate what’s happened with your delivery and resolve this for you, whether that’s a refund or a replacement.

I never received my order

I never received my order.
Chemist direct are making it near on impossible to get hold of anyone. This was over 5 weeks ago now and no one seems to care to resolve the issue so they have my money and I’ve not got my order. Appalling customer service

Bad customer service

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, have reached out for an update 3 times now and no response.

The shipping time is not clear on the website and they don't keep you posted. I should have read the reviews before purchasing this as a mothers day present.
