Spoke to Aaron via Vax UK Chat regarding the free item when I ordered my Vax Platinum machine explained that it hadn't arrived or that no delivery had been notified. He was brilliant and within a couple of minutes had arranged for the item to be despatch the next day at not extra charge. Thank you so much Aaron.

Pretty much everything from very quick delivery to an unlimited choice of packaging to suit every possible needs and straight off the shelf but also have a bespoke service. My order consisted of a box to house a sound bar only down side was there was 5 in the pack, however the outer container may come in handy when I sell my 55inch TV in the near future! ! With bubble wrap, I was very pleased with my order.
