Cannot Recommend

Unfortunately, the work took double the time he calculated. The biggest drawback was that the profile say he makes Move with care and attention, but I got a wardrobe glassdoor BROKEN, my TV Rack is DEEPLY SCRATCHED, my bed, work table and and Waschmaschine are VERY SCRATCHED, pieces of my bed and home theater are vanished (he found in the car, but still hasnt brought them back and didnt schedule to come, even though I asked multiple times for a day).

Even more, the floor on the new brand new apartment is deepely DAMAGED in the entry hall, my wardrobe and bed set up are NOT STABLE (with lights not installed on the wardrobe) and I am still discovering damages every day after the move. For example: My Denon home theater receiver DOESNT WORK anymore!.

He has good will, smiles a lot and is friendly, but he is not prepare to make moves AT ALL.
The car is small, full of his working equipments and all is unprotected.

He didnt even bring very basic tools to help with the move, just a very old piece of wood and weels (not even a transportation helper device!!!) and didnt bring protection cloths or plastic bubble. I never work so hard helping, by hand, to carry heavy stuff.

All was piled up in the car without protection. I am still shocked with the lack of equipment and care and the amount of work I had to do. I got in touch with him and tried to schedule a day for him to come and fix the wardrobe and the bed, but couldnt get a date yet.

I hope taskrabbit is responsible for the damages I suffered. It breaks my heart to write such a bad review for a young man but, besides being a very nice person, the lack of professionalism and readiness for this work was immense and I had a lot of losses due to the non compliance with the advertisement and what is minimum reasonably expected for a move.

I am a single man living in a 52m squared apartment, all was already packed. the only thing we needed to do was to carry the boxes, the sofa and the waschmaschine to the car and dismantle the wardrobe and bed (thats all, i dont even have a kitchen or fridge), and it took many hours and a lot of destruction and work from my side.

I moved in and I dont even have my curtains installed, the lightnings are hanging, the bed is shacking a lot and the wardrobe door is not closing properly, besides having still things in his car and a lot of broken/damaged itens.

I hope he get better prepared and does a job on terms of the his advertisement. We work a lot to buy things and they cannot just be damaged like this. In the end, hiring a proper moving company would have been cheaper and I would have worked less and wouldnt have to deal with all the bureacracy now to try to get reimbursement for the things damaged or get it repaired. If only he had promptly come back to bring my things back (that are still in his car), but I am having to get in touch every day to try to get a proper answer or day to get it back and the bed/wardrobe fixed, which is exhausting.

Pay for 2.3kg and got 1.8kg instead

Pay price of 2.280kg and received 1.8 kg without any notification. Should have bought in amazon for the same price and 20 doses more. I complained on instagram and they told me to look at my DM and there was nothing there. No information about reduction of weight was offered. Terrible customer experience
