Charged Immediately, Order Still Not Shipped – Misleading Info

Your site states that payment will only be charged just before shipping, which is not accurate at all. I placed my order over 10 days ago and was charged the very next day. The page also says items ship within 3–5 business days, yet I still haven’t received anything or any updates. Very disappointing experience.
