Re-ordering.

Trying to order online was again very difficult and trying to get to be able to reach an operator to talk to was also difficult this time. I have been ordering from EZContacts for at least 7 to 8 years but for the last two or three re-orders I have run into issues with my account that required me to call.

Bought $300 Sunglasses and Nvr Received them! Got an email saying Delivered but I got nothing! No Signature req! Wz contacts says sometimes pkg’s are marked deliv. But may take a extra few days.. Been many days now and I can’t get anyone on the phone! Bs!!
Affirm is even Worse than this company! Don’t do buiss. W either Ez Contacts or Affirm! Afffirm says Sure we’ll open a Case give us 60-90 days while you go F..k yourself!! Terr.. Company’s , do your research, wish I had!! Lesson learned!!
