Order glasses on December 2nd and the…

Order glasses on December 2nd and the order hasn’t been processed due to restocking. I called and they were supposed to send an alternative frames due to the fact that the frames were discontinued by manufacturer but the site or statues does not reflect that information. The follow email with the choices was never sent. I’ve also sent a follow up email on needing assistance 3 days ago and they originally said I would be contacted within 24 hours.
