Delay in order
I’m awaiting notice of when my glasses will arrive. I call on 2 occasions and receive the same message. I’m starting to wonder if I need to cancel the order and receive a refund. You should notify the consumer when a delay is occurring. The consumer shouldn’t call every week to determine what the delay is. Just let us know that you haven’t received the item then consumer can now have the option to cancel or change order. This is ridiculous and I will never refer this company to anyone.
