Customer service is not dead.

Patricia picked up within the first few rings. Obviously English is her first language, and she spoke clearly, is very articulate, and had a crystal clear phone line. Never once did I have to ask her to repeat her self. In addition to the value that Kin. is delivering, they also appear to be one of the few companies that still believes in customer service. Best customer service experience I have had since last year when I first signed on with Kin (although Tachus' (ISP) customer service will give a run for the money).
