I was unaware that I place the wrong SPH or Power for the contact lenses I was trying to order. I even got an email from EZ contacts stating the order prescription was rejected. I immediately tried to call and sent an email. They still charged me and sent me the wrong contacts. Why would they not do the right thing and correct the order. They finally answered after two days of calling and they said it was too late. I would have to pay to have them shipped back. They no longer have my business.
