Operation: Matriarchy is a singleplayer first-person action and shooter game in the Echelon series.

Also known as Велиан (literally 'Velian') in Russia.

The game appears to be missing many basic sound effects, as well as having no music.^[1]

This fan patch reworks most of the in-game sounds, as well as improves English translation and adds 22 pieces of music. It can be downloaded here (source).
