Warnings
- StarForce DRM does not work on modern versions of Windows (see Availability for affected releases).
PSI: Syberian Conflict is a singleplayer RTS game with some RPG elements developed by Wireframe Dreams and published by a number of publishers (see the following section).
The game's demo came out in November 17, 2005, then was followed with the initial March 3, 2006 release by Akelotė ir Ko in Lithuania. After some updates to the engine, some foreign publishers were found for the game and the other two releases appeared subsequently on June 13 by Akella in Russia and December 7 by Power Up in Italy. Some time around 2023 the original developers have shared a build of the game earlier than that of the releases in other countries.

| Retail | StarForce 3 DRM[Note 1]. All retail versions are bundled with a form of Starforce (Lithuanian - v3.7.13.1; Russian - v3.7.16.4; Italian - v3.6.13.0). The Italian release does not require entering a key. There is a fan patch that bundles removal of StarForce with a few fixes. |

Audio
| Audio feature | State | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Separate volume controls | The only settings that can be changed in-game are music and sound effects. | |
| Surround sound | ||
| Subtitles | Subtitles are for in-game cutscene dialogues only. All retail versions use typefaces installed on a user's system to display text strings. The default font is Arial and many more languages can be supported than originally localized. | |

| Mute on focus lost | ||
| Royalty free audio |
Localizations
| Language | UI | Audio | Sub | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lithuanian | Two variants of Lithuanian text exist. One comes from retail, while the other one was bundled with a developer build of the game and appears to have been last edited after the discs have already already manufactured. | |||
| English | Comes from a developer build of the game that was shared by one of the former members and uploaded by fans. A mod exists to play patched retail releases in English. | |||
| Russian | Was released under title Сибирский конфликт: Война миров. The logo and title are different, but a developer build contained a Russian variant of the standard logo. | |||
| Italian | The DRM-protected audio files are almost double the size of the other localizations. Their true structure is currently unknown, because the audio for the Italian version's fan-patch was recorded on a compatible PC and not extracted. Also, the title of the game is shortened. |
