These Bras Are Not What I Was Hoping For

Ordered 3 Doletics bras with high hopes which were deflated as soon as I wore them. I ordered the size I needed and they do not do give any posture correction and hardly give support. Maybe because I am a 38 D and they are not made for “larger breasted women?”
The band rolls up and my breasts are pressed together like a uni-boob! Not at all what I was hoping for, sadly.

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Shady return policy. They tell you that you would be responsible for return costs. What they don’t tell you is the cost would be $40 back to Germany?
My original package came from China, huh.

Doletics cares about their customers by providing the best experience possible in every area of transaction.

I needed to exchange my item for a larger size. After initiating the exchange, I got immediate response with options! And I got immediate help with the exchange when I made an error in judgement. Never felt anything but support and care for me as a customer. The return policy was the best I’ve run into. And, the company’s return representative deserves praise for her professionalism.

My experience and opinion is varied

My experience and opinion is varied. I bought 2 pairs. They were definitely not what I was expecting. They don’t look like they should be worn in public unless under something. Not very eye pleasing and they were too big for compression. I contacted Doletics. I was offered several options. Keep and they’ll send me 2 smaller, return them at my expense and a third option i can not remember. Problem came when dealing with Marie as I initially didn’t hear from them I filed a dispute at PayPal but didn’t escalate to them. I was hoping to resolve. Marie was a bit condescending and repeatedly said the same things over and over as if it changed anything. She wanted me to cancel my complaint at PayPal before shipping. I knew if I did this, I wouldn’t be able to reopen it if Doletics didn’t follow through on their offer.
. After going round and round, I escalated my complaint to PayPal. Marie and I went round and round. Finally, I caved and cancelled my complaint with the hope that they’d follow through.
I finally received my smaller pair. They are still ugly and nothing special to spend my money on given I’d be embarrassed to wear in public.
Additionally, Marie told me $40 to return ship them not $3.50 as someone else stated.
With all this, I’m giving them 3 stars. I don’t recommend the product and felt blackmailed into keeping them, however, despite Marie being condescending, she followed through on her promise.

Very quick response

Very quick response, answered every question I had, always courteous, very nice women I corresponded with and she resolved my exchange of merchandise with no problem. I was very satisfied!

I ordered the leggings

I ordered the leggings. They were not what I expected and tried to return. Apparently the button I pushed was for “exchange” not return even though I have an email indicating my return was cancelled. No mention of exchange until I received notice of my exchange shipping. I communicated with “Marie” in customer support many many times. I explained I thought I was returning and paying the 3.50 shipping. She kept blaming me over and over again saying I pressed the wrong button. Buyer be ware Doletics does not care about customer satisfaction.

These are two separate options that must be chosen manually, and the system proceeds strictly based on that selection.

In this case, “Exchange” was selected, which automatically triggered a replacement shipment. The confirmation emails and status updates reflected this selection accordingly. At no point does the system default to an exchange without an explicit choice.

Comes from China.

I ordered on January 7, and it is still not here. Tracking comes from China. It's not worth it in my opinion. Here is what their site says: Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
