Terrible Customer Service/ Terrible product
I ordered these leggings that promise that promise the world.. they arrived and guess what? They didn’t fit even though I used their sizing chart. They also look awful. My normal leggings have more compression. Tried to send them back, they keep stalling with email responses, I am told I have to take photos of the items and send it to them, then I have to courier it back in a short time frame and take more pictures of the item with a tracking number etc. The postage comes out at what I paid for them. I used the sizing chart within the website to order my leggings. When I received them and tried a pair on they were too large. According to the website, there is a 30 day trial “free exchange - swap sizes at no cost if needed”. I contacted support to find out what I would need to do to exchange for the smaller size and was told I would have to return them ‘at my own expense’. To return them would cost me half of what I paid for the 3 pair of leggings. This is not ‘exchange at no cost if needed’. Very dissatisfied with my customer experience. As these leggings are too large, they provide no more compression or support than my regular athletic leggings which were far cheaper.
I bought the powerhouse leggings
I bought the powerhouse leggings. The 2nd time I put them on they already had a hole in them. The quality is not what it’s advertised to be. Leggings should last a lot more than one full day wear. When I contacted the company they had automated responses and were never willing to refund the full cost.

Horrible company
Poor Customer Service. I purchased these leggings for my daughter. They was short three-quarter length.. I wanted the full length that came to the ankles. I contacted the company and they had me send pictures. They never allowed me to exchange them for the correct length. I reached out once again and never heard back from them.

Poor customer service
I ordered four pair of medium leggings and the company sent one of them as a large. I made four attempts to contact someone at the company and they finally responded a month later. At that time I was told that I could return the one that was the incorrect size but at my expense. Considering the error was on their part and not mine I don't feel that I should have to pay for them to be returned. They finally emailed me again with an option of keeping the product and receiving 20% of my purchase back. Because it was going to cost me more to ship it back then what it was even worth I opted for the 20% refund. A month later I have yet to received that 20% refund. They have no phone number for you to contact anyone and you're only way to contact them is via email which they do not respond to in a timely fashion. I do not recommend purchasing from this company at all. As I'm reading the reviews I see that I'm not the only person that they did this to and I feel this is something that they're doing on purpose. It can't be a coincidence that I'm not the only person that has received the incorrect pair and got stuck with a size that doesn't fit.

Never received order, reached out numerous times & only once received a response of "we'll check with our logistics provider & report back" - never reported back. Company claims to be in New Mexico, however my order needed to clear US customs?? Don't waste your money on this scam.

When I placed my order it accidentally sent me the wrong size. I IMMEDIATELY notified them about this and was told the courier already picked them up????? Which is humanly impossible! I have tried to get a exchange and have been told I need to pay to send them back. I have emailed them 4 times now and keep getting the run-around. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever delt with. The phone number on the return package is no longer in service. I think this company should be banned from advertising on Facebook. I am not exactly certain of this date, but it was the end of 2025.

First and foremost, I never received the product on the date that it states that I did. I didn't get it until after january 1. The material of the leggings is absolute garbage quality. There is no stomach compression. They are not full lengths. They are a complete joke. No one is seek why it took so long to get here because it was coming from overseas. This is not American made. This does not look anything like the website.It shows, do not waste your money

I have been waiting on a replacement items since Nov. The customer support email group will not respond to my inquiries. The received the original items on Nov. 19th, but my last update from Sara states that they have not received the return, even though I provided proof of receipt with a signature/name. Dissatisfied big time!!

Leggings Order
I ordered leggings on Dec 9th. They were supposed to arrive Dec 24th. I get it, Christmas time so I wasn't too worried. Well now it is Jan 13th still no leggings. I have contacted customer service they just keep sending the tracking info. Which says it is moving through the USPS system. That hasn't been updated since the 6th. Asked for a refund or replacement and they just keep sending the tracking info.

Well let's start with the purchase and be aware this is fully my error. They had buy 3 at 19.99 get 4th free. Hmmmm I paid 79.00 for 4 of them not 1 was free. Again I should have caught that! I placed the order on January 2, 2026 and have yet to receive tracking. I check everyday and nothing. Web site says 2-3 days to process then 8-10 day for delivery. Again no tracking yet. I have read many reviews and to my ignorance I should have read them first before my order. I really hope when I receive them it will be worth the wait but reading the reviews I may be very disappointed. To be continued....
“Money Back Guarantee” Scam
The leggings arrived in a flimsy plastic package which, naturally, needed to be ripped to access the product. Upon trying them on one time, I noticed the leggings were see through and did not fit properly in the waist. This company advertises results “in just two weeks or money back” so I was assuming it wouldn’t be a problem to return a brand new product. You have to first contact them and ask for a return—Celsior told me the product must be brand new in its “original packaging”. I asked by original packaging they meant to thin plastic bag it was sent it that had to be ripped. They said yes—without it, they couldn’t “identify” the product. For a company who advertises a money back guarantee for satisfaction, I’m not sure how anyone has the ability to test the product to their satisfaction if the company demands all products must be brand new in their original plastic bag. Lesson learned for me—this company is a scam and its products are poor.
Where is my order?
I ordered on Dec3rd and have not received the leggings (Jan 11). I contacted customer service and was told to be patient. According to their tracking, they've been bouncing around within 100 miles of my home since before Christmas. I ordered 2 sizes as I'm dieting by the time they get here I won't be able to wear any of them. Very disappointed.
Scam Site Beware!
Placed an order a month ago. They said I would receive them in 4-7 days. It took over a month & they’re HUGE! Their website says “free exchanges. 100% money back if not satisfied” except I requested an exchange… they said I must pay to return them, international shipping & once they receive them & process the return they will then send out the next size. This directly goes against their own written guarantee. I’ll be filing a dispute.
