Smooth experience (EU)

I ordered Hamilton Khaki Quartz to Latvia. The experience is smooth, no complaints, the received product is original and without any defects. In the package was international warranty card with appropriate stamp from a different retailer. The delivery took 8 days, there was a label on the item in the store that delivery will take more time, so I am more than satisfied with delivery time.

Fast delivery & low prices

Bought a discounted Junghans Max Bill watch. It was sent from a jewel shop in Hamburg via UPS. Ordered on Monday evening and received the watch on Thursday morning. The watch and the boxing was in great quality. Had a good experience.

I bought a Tissot

I bought a Tissot from the Harvey Store and I’m truly very satisfied, both with the quality of the product and the overall process.

On top of that, the service clearly went above and beyond: the staff were very professional, friendly, and customer-oriented. I was even contacted after the purchase and told that I could reach out anytime if I had questions or any issues, and they proactively checked in to make sure everything was alright. Repeated delays with lacking communication

I made a purchase on December 18th. On the website, the product was shown as being in stock. Upon ordering, the website displayed it as confirmed, as it still is to this day.

On December 29th, the website displayed the item I ordered as being on pre-order.I had still not gotten any information on shipping. Made contact via e-mail, got response same day: They were awaiting watches from manufacturer, estimated time of arrival end of week.

On January 5th, I had still not gotten any other info. Response one day later: Estimated delivery to the Harveystore the same week.

On January 14th, still no watch, no shipping ETA. Tried to inquire again to no avail.

Disappointed with delays and delays.... You'd also expect some communication from the seller if nothing happens in 10 days.

Will likely cancel order. Will update this review based on how smooth that process goes.

As stated on the product page at the time of purchase, the estimated preparation time is up to 30 days before shipment, with delivery taking place shortly after.

This information was visible before checkout and was also confirmed by our team via email during our correspondence. The delay is linked to the manufacturer’s supply timeline and is unfortunately not something we can accelerate unilaterally.

That said, we fully understand your frustration regarding waiting times. For this reason, customers are always free to cancel their order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund if they prefer not to wait for the estimated pre-order timeframe.

19+ Days Without Delivery - Contradicting Explanations Provided

Update 30 January 2026: Still no watch delivered and no refund after more than 6 weeks. Order was with HarveyStore DE (Helvetic Time DE GmbH) via Chrono24; no separate Trustpilot profile for that German entity, so sharing my experience here under the HarveyStore brand.

After daily messaging from January 15, Adrian (who identified himself as a HarveyStore representative) offered a significant price reduction with free express shipment. I declined due to my initial experience with contradictory explanations and poor communication. Following this, I was contacted multiple times via WhatsApp including direct phone calls asking me to reconsider this review, with threats of "lawyers/ARAG."

I feel very unsecure because the company has my personal data (my private phone number was provided only for delivery purposes, never authorized for these contact attempts). I will be contacting authorities to protect myself.

This is my first time purchasing from this company, and other customers may have had different experiences. However, in my case, the usage of my personal data, pressure tactics, and attempts to influence my review are totally unacceptable.

Package returned to sender January 15. Refund initiated with Chrono24 on January 19. As of January 30, still waiting for my money from Chrono24. All communication should go through official platforms.

I ordered a watch through Chrono24 with expected delivery December 20, 2025. As of January 8, 2026, I have not received the item.

Documented Facts:
Shipped: December 19, 2025
Package status: On hold in Porto, Portugal since December 26, 2025
Current status: Still on hold as of January 6, 2026

I contacted DHL Portugal customer service on December 30. According to their representative (chat transcript available), they stated: "On the 22.12 we received a communication from DHL Italy asking us to stop and return the shipment to Italy."

When I contacted HarveyStore about this DHL statement, they responded that they did not request any stop or return, and later explained: "Due to technical problems on the carrier's side, the parcel has to be returned to the sender."

The explanations I received from DHL and HarveyStore do not align. DHL's statement references a specific instruction from the shipper on December 22. HarveyStore attributes the issue to carrier technical problems.

The package has been stationary in Porto for nearly 2 weeks based on tracking data, which differs from the explanation that it "has to be returned to sender."
Timeline:

19+ days past expected delivery date
Multiple contact attempts across 3 weeks
No delivery completed
Contradicting explanations provided

After three weeks without resolution, I am now pursuing consumer protection channels and bank dispute procedures.

First, the WhatsApp number used for communication was explicitly provided by us during the transaction as an optional and faster customer service channel. You were informed that you could contact us through this number, and all subsequent communication occurred only after you initiated contact via WhatsApp. No unsolicited or unauthorized use of personal data took place, and no contact was made outside the context of customer support related to your order.

Second, this review refers to an order placed with HarveyStore DE / Helvetic Time DE GmbH via Chrono24, which is a separate legal entity from the HarveyStore profile under which this review has been published. As there is currently no independent Trustpilot profile for the German entity, this review has been posted under a different company name, which may lead to confusion for readers.

Regarding the refund, we would like to clarify that Chrono24 exclusively manages both payments and refunds for transactions completed on its platform. Once the refund was initiated on January 19, the processing, timing, and execution of the reimbursement have been entirely under Chrono24’s control, and we have had no technical or operational ability to accelerate, delay, or otherwise influence the refund process.

Regarding the shipment, the parcel was returned to the sender by the carrier following internal handling issues on their side. As soon as it became clear that delivery could not be completed, the matter was escalated through Chrono24 in accordance with their procedures.

Despite this, we made several good-faith attempts to resolve the situation quickly, including proposing a replacement unit with express delivery at no additional cost. These proposals were entirely optional and made solely to reach an amicable solution.

All official communication regarding refunds and dispute handling is, correctly, managed through Chrono24, and we fully respect that process.

We regret that this experience led to dissatisfaction and wish to reiterate that no pressure, threats, or improper conduct were intended or carried out. Our goal has always been to resolve the situation transparently and professionally.

Bonjour .Ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes de poster des avis sur internet mais là...
J'ai commandé le 21/11/2025 une montre ( presque 900 euros ) sur le site Harvey store avec un delai de 15 jours pour commander aupres du fabriquant jusque là pas de souci . Nous sommes le 27 décembre et toujours pas de suivi de commande ou je dis bien suivi de commande ...En parallèle la totalité de la montre a été payée a Harvey store ...
Je suis conscient des retards qui peuvent survenir surtout pour un article commande au Japon mais lorsque vous me répondez que vous allez la recevoir semaine dernier et que j'ai toujours pas de vos nouvelles je trouve ça incorrect.
A ce jour je ne sais pas quand je vais recevoir ma montre ,2026 , 2027 ....
Vous pourriez au moins tenir au courant le client des retards car là c'est moi qui revient a chaque fois vers vous .

Dommage les prix sont très intéressants mais le délai est très très trop long
