Absolutely appalling sham of a company. My partner had ordered me a watch for Christmas not only did it arrive late, when I opened the box the 50th minute line had come off of the watch face and was sitting on the glass. My partner emailed them with photos several times and received no contact. I then emailed with photos, explaining that my partner had received no help. I’ve been given the run around and am still yet to be given a way of returning, as when attempted through the returns portal it states the return window has past. This wouldn’t have been the case if they had replied in the first place.Still several emails later to be told by Emily “we will look into this”. There is nothing to look into, the watch is faulty and not fit for purpose.

Here is my second review on Watchlx lucky enough i paid threw Paypal and got refund ,but just as i got refund the watch tracking suddenly came up at my local office after not moving for a month!! .Then post arrived and a £1000 watch was left on my wheelie bin out the back !! But i caught postman and refused delivery,took pictures of parcel unopened and return address and sent back ,But here's the strange thing return address was to "Edward unit 5 in hounslow "not a PO BOX in Peterborough !! So anybody who has ordered DONT OPEN even if you want the watch it wont be real JUST SEND BACK STRAIGHT AWAY Dont go on website to do a RETURN because then they will try the RE-STOCKING SCAM but take photos unopened as evidence and SEND BACK ,Come on lets do "Rip off Britain"

What a bunch of scammers! Do not deal with this company. No watch arrived, when I complained to the credit company Affirm they opened a dispute after 4 weeks of nothing. Almost immediately I had a message the watch was dispatched, they then tried to take the FULl balance from account. This was unsuccessful, they then immediately sent a message that they were not able to deliver to my address! Unbelievable but all good now Affirm agreed with me and no payments have been made, whole order cancelled, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

REPLY FROM THEM !! They said they had issued my refund almost 4 weeks ago but fraud bank team saying no payment has been made so obviously fabricated from there side !! AVOID and now they trying to block honest reviews and experiences ! Reply to bottom I HAVE NOT been sent a payment show my the bank transfer number ?

This is now 5 weeks waiting for the watch. I received an email after 2 weeks saying they apologise but the courier has reported the package as missing and to pick another watch. My next reply was that the watch was no longer lost and was just delayed.

3 weeks later, I have now asked my bank to recall the payment

Very disappointed

I have been trying to get a refund since Christmas. They say they paid my bank but this is not true as of today.I don’t believe the positive reviews. One says they thought they’d take the risk and it turned out wonderful. Who in their right mind would risk hundreds of pounds when 60%+ of reviews say the company is rubbish (or worse)?

I have now reported this company to Trading Standards and I suggest everyone else does the same.

Still waiting for a refund for order 20706. They have definitely received the watch which was signed for, yet I'm still waiting for them to respond with details of a refund.
Very poor customer service and communication is a joke.....

ordered a watch mid december as a Xmas present. delivered mid Janauary and left outside my gate on the road and subsiquently disapeared ( supposed to be left in a safe place) i paid insurance for this as it was £825 and Watchlyx seem to have washed thier hands of it. sent them the Police crime number and the Royal mail ref for the disapearance. no response just emails asking how my purchase was. these are not to be trusted at all, i wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Don’t go anywhere near this company no product no refund. the refund apparently to a 3rd party that a well known building society can’t access.

I placed an order on the 11th of December, and was told that the order would be dispatched in 1-3 days. I got a note on the 16th informing me that the watch had left the warehouse. After no updates for 2 weeks, I received an email on the 29th of December, letting me know that it was out for delivery.

However, later that day I got an email from Watchlyx themselves telling me that my order had an exception, and told me to contact Royal Mail. Upon contacting Royal Mail, I was told the address was incorrect, and redirected again to Watchlyx .

I sent two emails to Watchlyx, on the 29th of December itself, and the 4th of Jan, with radio silence. This is when it started to get suspicious - I had put the earlier delays down to the holidays season. Upon checking the order status again, it said it was out for delivery once again. On the 20th of Jan, I reached out once more to Watchlyx, asking for the status and for a refund if they could not provide one.

I finally got a reply, with nothing even close to an apology, that just told me that Royal Mail had an issue once again. There was no further explanation, aside from asking me to confirm my email, which they had not seen a reason to do for a month since the last failed delivery.

I sent an email back asking to cancel the order and for a refund, and have not heard since. Fortunately I had made the purchase on my credit card and have managed to receive the money back after disputing the charge.

Tissot watch. Awful.. do not buy from this company. Warranty is not manufacturer warranty (Red flag1). Official Tissot web site won’t recognise watch (Red flag2). No stamps on paperwork or card (Red flag3). Now states it’s ex display but not advertised as such (Red flag 4). Watch was due to come from Germany but has been repackaged at Heathrow (red flag 5). Tried to return it’s impossible as they state you need an RMA number but won’t give you one asked multiple times (Red flag 6). Won’t give return address (Red flag 7). Been trying to return it for weeks. Have now resorted to charge back with the bank. I have serious concerns of the authenticity of the watch based on all of the above.

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company, but please do yourself a favour and choose another provider. Be it the quality of product, the timeframe for delivery or the fact I am now some 3 weeks since requesting my refund without payment. This company will let you down. Buy cheap buy twice comes to mind. Now having to investigate my claim with my credit card company.

It's a total scam. It's been over a month and got nothing and they never respond.

If i could give zero stars i definately would , this compamy runs a scam outfit DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!. I purchased a hugo boss watch in December and yes like many of the other reviewers on here am still waiting for its delivery. This company have the amazing looking website with what appears to be a great selection of watches that either never arrive or if they do turn out to be total fakes. You contact customer services with your query in regards your missing order and you get a lovely reply back from Emily promising you she will chase your order up ,blaming it all on Royal Mail for your missing parcel offering a replacement or a full refund , Do not be reeled in by this pathetic banter its all lies and non of it will ever happen. !!!

I ordered a watch from your store before Christmas (Order No. 31437).
As of today, I have not received the product, no refund has been issued, and I have received no communication from your side.

Frustration pure

Ordered a watch a month ago; still not here. Contacted customer service THREE TIMES - no response.
I think they are crooks and this is a scam . AVOID

Was not so happy. I received the order watch but its too too too late already. They are not scam for me now but halfway to it.

Absolutely terrible service.I received my watch but it was faulty.Have been waiting nearly two months to return it but as on the portal, it says my watch hasn’t been received, I cant get a return code so am stuck with a broken watch. I gave emailed so many times but have received either no reply or the same response that I need to raise a return in the portal. which I can’t do as it still says the order is in transit! I am so frustrated - avoid this company at all costs.
