I received unsolicited email on my work e-mail for "Personal Information Notice". I have never done any business with them so they have iligally contacted me without my concent and they also want me to opt-out which again is illegal. Scam business.

They do not respect gdpr rights. My lawyers will sort it out

Unsolicited emails on repeat.
I don't engage with them as it only confirms they have contacted a "live" email address which they will sell on for spam , spam and more spam.

Bin them and block their domain (if you can.)

I've received an unsolicited email telling me they have harvested my personal details and I have to opt-out to prevent them using them.
This is so far beneath ethical business standards that I would never use them.

I received unsolicited calls on my personal number. Clearly this company violates GDPR compliance. And now i have to invest time to remove my name from their opt out list.

I would never trust such a company for comliant information. This will risk compliance of any company that uses its services.

Meine private Nummer wurde angerufen, um mich abzuwerben. Diese habe ich nirgendwo angegeben. Das heißt, sie haben meine Daten von meinem Handy gecrawled. Man kann nur seine Daten herausnehmen, wenn man dagegen widerspricht. Sehr shady.

Meine letzte Bewertung wurde von Trustpilot gelöscht, da sie anscheinend den Regeln nicht entspricht.

I received an unsolicited email from them, and when I clicked the opt-out link, the form displayed an error message. So now I'll have to reach out by some other means. Very annoying and unprofessional.

Spammers scraping your info and selling it on.
Don't bother trying to unregister, they will just use it as confirmation of your email address.
Good news, google already recognises them as spam.

Data scraping business that wants to publish your email, phone number and other personal details.
i have never had any direct dealings with this comany and yet they want to publish and sell my information.

They sent an unsolicited email saying we will add you to our database if you don't tell us not to in the next 7 days. This is a scumbag business practice. The email address and form they gave for opting out didn't work.

On TrustPilot, they gave a url to request removal. It goes to a blank page.

Companies like this should be fined out of existence.

I got an email though my school mail saying suspected spam and I had to login to the school site to preview the message and I got a notice about "the collection, processing, and sharing of certain of your personal inmformation" with the title being Personal information Notice "(This is not an advertisement)" I find this very scammy and veird since I NEVER use my school mail have not used it ever and i have never heard of this company or given them any information. From my understanding this company is going to use my business (wich is weird since I an in school and have not worked) information to sell to other people. very suspicious company

Wurde heute von einer Firma angerufen, auf meiner privaten und vertraulichen Telefonnummer, die ich nie online preisgegeben habe. Das Unternehmen sagte sie haben meine Daten von Lusha erhalten. Datenschutz in Europa scheint US-amerikanischen Firmen egal zu sein.

Adding me and my personal data to their database, to distribute to ANYONE who pays them without my consent? And then I had to fill in a form (with more of said data, or at least verifying it) to "have it removed within a FEW days"? And receiving cold calls from people claiming to have gotten my contact from them shortly after? This has to be illegal. This is SPAM, if not a SCAM (considering their optout practices). If not, at the VERY LEAST unethical. Please guys, do NOT support this sort of practice.

E' dal 1 dicembre che aspetto un rimborso. L'azienda mi ha mandato una mail in quella data comunicandomi che avevano avviato la procedura per il rimborso, ma fino adesso non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho scritto in più di un'occasione per avere notizie, ma le mie richieste sono state completamente ignorate.
Vi sconsiglio di comprare utilizzando questa azienda.

Collect and share (sell?) personal information without consent. I don't believe they have ever been given consent to do this with my personal phone number.

I have been told twice that I will be taken off their system and put on a block list. I am once again receiving unsolicited calls to my personal number from people stating they got my number from Lusha. I have raised this with the ICO
