I love REFY, the aesthetic is very me but they’re not only aesthetic, their products are genuinely amazing quality! Their products do what they say they will do.
I recently made an order and it got damaged in transit by the courier, the support team rectified the issue immediately and confirmed they’ve sent a new order out!

Really disappointed that my £40 promotional gift wasn’t included and customer support’s response was simply “there’s nothing we can do.” That’s not the level of service I expected.

Always have had a great experience ordering from here. Products are great quality. Any small problems are easily and promptly solved by customer services.

One of my favourite beauty company’s everything so professional fast delivery and 5* products. Never disappointed!

So impressive, 3 things were missing on my order. Sorted within a few emails and all missing on way to us same day…. Including a little gift 💝 so happy…. Can’t wait to use the products with my daughter!

My daughter (16) loved the mascara. We had an issue with the packaging but Emily in customer service was super and arranged for a replacement very promptly.

Support team were super helpful in sorting an issue with my delivery!

I have just had an order go missing due to an error with Evri I messaged the customer service team via WhatsApp and they couldn’t have been more helpful they have dispatched another order and have been letting me know the process at every step. Great customer service 10/10

Love the product however pricing is ridiculous. Bought the brow gel with sculpt tool and the quality is also very bad. The product was dirty and i used makeup remover to remove the dirt and it very easily smudged the product logo. If I kept going it would rub it off completely.

Amazing customer service!

I contacted Refy regarding a missing free concealer from a promotion on orders over £40. It turned out the issue was actually my fault, as I hadn’t added the free item to my basket during checkout.

Despite this, the Refy customer service team were incredibly kind and helpful and still arranged for the free concealer to be sent out to me at no extra cost.

Such a lovely experience and genuinely great customer care. Thank you, Refy!

The customer service team are very efficient and helpful. I really value this in a brand so was really happy with my experience.

Ordered the lash sculpt mascara after seeing the promo videos, but it doesn’t work. The brush is too curved for my eyes and the brush isn’t thick enough to lift lashes.

Placed an order which was dispatched it good time. Sadly Evri delivered to an incorrect address. Raised the issue with Refy (and Evri). Refy made the process very easy to raise an enquiry, and have confirmed a replacement has been posted.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from Refy for gifts for my daughter, it’s her favourite product.
I got her a £50 voucher for Christmas but she’s lost it.
I got in contact with Ryfy and they replaced my voucher with a new one no questions asked apart my the bank transfer date.
Very professional lady who helped me,above & beyond.

This is my first purchase from Refybeauty. The order was dispatched promptly, however the process stopped when the parcel reached Evri. I was told it missed a courier hand over, no probs these things happen but 3 days later after several emails a
messages to say they couldn’t find my parcel and would be back in touch within 48 hours! I contacted Refybeauty to see if they could help to get Evri moving to find and deliver my product. Within about 10 minutes I had a reply saying Refybeauty had despatched my order again and that they would liaise with Evri. In short they have taken over. I am very impressed, its customer service excellence. Thank you so much Refybeauty.

While I’ve had some hits and misses when it comes to the shades of Refy’s products, their customer service is flawless. Received a broken lip blush and when I emailed them about it I received a reply immediately which promised a replacement product.
