Order NEVER arrived

Order NEVER arrived. A lot of scammers and unprofessional people sell on secret sale. WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN! Luckily I paid on my credit card and was covered.

Poor service

Poor service, not organized. Room door was left half open during my appointment so no privacy. Shambles no information was transferred, worker tried to contact other store I usually go to and as usual they don’t answer their phones. Shocking and disgusting. Made my contact lens order online after prescription was reissued I was contacted via email to say my prescription was out of date…..I just paid £35 for my contact lens check up at VISION EXPRESS and you’re telling me the information hasn’t been updated. So I provided the prescription that I asked to be sent via email after my appointment good thing I did!

Worst experience EVER..SAVE YOURSELF STRESS

Worst experience ever, never will I buy from this place..they send your suitcase in 2 house of Fraser packaging bags LOL no box or bubble wrap the packaging came ripped and the case itself was damaged. I had to pay to return them and to get my money back after returning items was a nightmare the process was the most stressful thing I’ve experienced in my years. Evri tracking said to contact retailer for confirmation of delivery..I did they said they hadn’t received it almost 2 weeks on..after multiple complaining and emails over 50 emails LITERALLY they gave me a refund but for ONLY 1 of the suitcases when I returned 2 suitcases. Once again back and forth for days finally they processed the refund for the other case. STAY WELL CLEAR! No contact number just emails or online chat which is useless they reply after ages and then stop responding. NEVER AGAIN

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER? WORST ONLINE COMAPNY!!

I have made 3 attempts to contact you these people through there website, how is that normal I've written 3 emails on the contact page on the website no reply its coming up to a week. I ordered 2 things a dress and a Bikini but only received half of the bikini HOW? They sent me the bottom but not the top, I wouldn't be so angry if they replied to my messages and apologized and corrected the mistake instead I've been ignored. I'm going away next week and need the rest of that bikini! I've spent my hard earned money and I should get what I paid for. First and last time I ever buy from this company, customer service/communication is the most important this in a business, this company lacks it. They need to close this online shop down RUBBISH!! Give me the rest of my order or refund me back half my money for this bikini. ORDER NUMBER 103863524
