I haven’t had a chance to actually try these because I ordered XL and received 3X.
I have sent several notes to this company and they sadly have not responded as to how I should proceed to return or exchange these items.
At this point I’d be happy for a refund, but imagine that it is a loss.
Sadly, this gives me even more reason to use Amazon who will reimburse easily and RESPOND!

I’m 5’1” and weight 196lbs. I ordered cartoons. And ordered 4XL as that seemed to be the recommended size based on your size chart. However, the pants are TOO LARGE and TOO LOOSE, so theee very little resistance. Return is difficult as they require I photo to proceed with return

I’m a 65 year old woman in good shape but looking to lose the last 15 pounds, which is even more difficult at my age. I’ve been power walking, doing calisthenics and using weights so I didn’t know if the resistance tights would make a difference. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could feel my muscles pushed even harder while wearing the tights. Any product that works my muscles while not trying is a good thing!

The only negative issue was that I had some miscommunication when asking questions to customer service. After three back and forth emails I finally had the answer to the question I was asking.

I love the leggings. I just have a problem with the waist rolling and feeling the need to pull them up. The compression is outstanding and really help my knees.

Very comfortable. Love the pockets which I wasn’t expecting. Have already lost 5 lbs. the care instructions could be a bit bigger.

So far they are as the reviews say. I haven’t lost weight but I’m hoping to otherwise I’m satisfied with my purchase

Post office was a little slow due to weather, but everything worked out fine.

One style didn't work for me but they were FANTASTIC about letting me exchange it. Like the 8 band leggings. I'm considering the 10 band but don't know if I can justify the huge jump in price for two more bands.

I went to the sizing to order, but it showed me needing a size XL. I couldn't believe I'd need this size so I ordered a L to see. The L is too big, gaping all over. Also, the bands are only in the front and are not symmetrical on both legs. The spacing is different on one leg than the other. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with these leggings. I never respond to these questions, but I'm so disappointed that I'm doing it.

I am burdened with unrelenting stress due to being a fulltime caregiver for a family member and I don't have the bandwidth to exchange them.

So far they feel great. I only did the 2 bands, so I don't expect the "burn" that more bands would provide, but still feel a little work

So I had a size conflict whichthe exchange process was great. Got the new ones which fit better. I trried them on and moved around a bit. I though these are dumb, they just feel like leggings and I was thinking about returning them. But I decided to wear them a day. It felt like my leg muscles were flexed the entire day. I also jog 2 miles every morning, and even when doing leg excersises on the machines, my legs dont experience muscle soreness the next day. Anyway, there was a slight soreness to my legs the next morning. So you may not feel them working... but you will feel them work.

I am trying to return products that I wasn’t supposed to get but was charged for. I need to return within so many days but they will not give me the approval. The whole experience with this company has been difficult.

I received my first order and the size I received was too large (when ordering, gone down a size from the one you currently wear).

The exchange process was fairly straightforward. I'm happily wearing my leggings and feeling more of a steady 'compression' than a workout burn when wearing them.

Not sure yet if they are truly worth the price (and tariffs, which I ended up paying twice :-(. Fyi, if you need to exchange your order, you'll be out of pocket the tariffs paid).

These are quality compression and engage muscles with movement.

The online ordering process was fast and seamless. Delivery was fairly quick. But I really enjoy my capri skinnify pants! It's that little something extra that you can feel working with every move.

I needed to return pants since I bought the wrong size. The customer service reps were fantastic.
