This site have scammed my wife. Taken two payments and taken weeks to reply to her email. Then claiming to offer one refund (nothing refunded) and discount for the product as they claim their delivery team have sent it. A company would not offer discount for a delivered item. Absolutely scam. I hope you don't fall into he trap. Companies like this need jail terms.

This place is a scam. I ordered a cycle back in June. It never came & they tried to charge me again. It's an ongoing add on FB. Don't fall for it

SCAM. Charged me twice for a lawn sweeper I ordered back in June. Tracked the shipping which took almost a month and said it was delivered to an address out of state. Emailed them 5 times and the phone number listed always says their reps are busy with other customers then hangs up. They never respond to emails. SCAM.

Ordered a yard sweeper! After waiting almost 2 months I finally got a notification that it had shipped!! YAY!!! NOT!!!!!!! 3 weeks after they said it was shipped they said it was delivered! NOPE!!! I’m disabled and am home all the time. So no one stole the package. It just never arrived.
I started to email them and got no response!!! Then looking back at my bank statements to get the exact date of order I found it, but….I saw that they had charged me a second time within 24 hours of the first charge! I started to email them again, and again and again!! After 3 times I wrote an email in all caps and suddenly I got the second charge refunded out of the blue. No communication it just showed up. So then I started reminding them that I never got the product I ordered. Finally after 2 more months I contacted my bank and reported them as fraud. My bank did give me a refund! Then the other day I saw in my slam email that I had gotten a reply from them: “ I completely understand how upsetting this situation is. I would feel the same way if I were in your position.

We’ve looked into the tracking details, and unfortunately, the delivery company has confirmed that the package was delivered to the exact address provided at checkout. Because of this confirmation, there’s nothing further we can do with the carrier on our end.

As much as we would love to offer a full refund, doing so would result in a total loss for us. That said, we still want to make things right the best way we can. At this time, we can offer a 25% refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.” I copied that from the actual email!!! My reply, “ Send me photo proof of delivery? You can’t because it wasn’t delivered!!!
As far as your multi-million dollar company being out THIRTY DOLLARS because you don’t fulfill your obligations as a seller, I could give a damn!!!!
Your company charged my card twice within a 24 hour period!! After I contacted you 4 times I was finally refunded the second charge! As far as your 25% refund your company obviously needs it more than I do! But because of principle sure go ahead and send it!!!!!”

I was then sent a $7.49 refund directly to my bank. I haven’t told them that my bank already reversed their charge so I’m actually a little ahead.
Now, I am not a person that tries to take advantage of anyone! If they had followed through and either found out where their delivery service put the sweeper or sent a second one then I would be singing their praises!!! I’m a firm believer in giving good reviews when they’re due! Most people are too quick to always give a bad review even if it’s not true! That’s just not me!
So in closing, BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will charge you twice and then lie about delivery and then refuse a refund when you call them out on it!!

Scam scam scam - nothing delievered they say it was no refund. Stay away!

SCAM! Was charged for a product, told it would be delivered in a week, never received it. Then they stated it was delivered, a month after ordering. It was never received, but they lied and said the company confirmed it's delivery. Offered 25% back, DON'T order a single thing from them, you're being lied to.

I got scammed by this site and my item was sent to an address I DO NOT live in the state of Rhode Island, in Newport of that state. I have tried to contact this site by email and the phone number but no response. Total Scam site and I am still awaiting a reply from this store.

Courrier says was deliver at front door BUT won't provide picture as proof.
Customer service offer 25% for inconveniences. IT'S A SCAM

I got scanned out of a slushy machine. It said it was delivered yesterday and nothing package said it got delivered when I was standing outside emailed the company nothing

I can't believe i got scammed too. I ordered the slushy machine and never received it. Been emailing the company for days with no response. It say my package was delivered on July 02, 2025. Checked out my ring camera and seen nothing or no one delivering my product.

This place is a scam. I ordered from what I thought was a respectable company. Then it shows it’s from Upcentral. I thought I was ordering Laura Geller make up. I placed my order not knowing it was from a fraud company. The tracking showed it moving along then said delivered. I have security cameras all the way around my apartment. The package was never delivered. They offered a 25% refund. They insisted my order was delivered. Will never do business with this place again!

This people are pure scammers, I ordered a cat tree from them and never got it, I emailed them 3 times and still no response from them! They also charged me for a membership that I never asked for wtf!

ZERO STARS. I was duped and fell for their scam- just recently noticed they’ve been charging a membership fee for the last 3 months and I never received the product I ordered (lawn sweeper). There was originally tracking from china and then randomly said it was delivered, but I did not receive anything. I have emailed their ‘support’ team for a refund. Hopefully I hear back soon.

Edit: I just received an email notifying me that I will be receiving a refund, and my banking app shows deposits for all of the charges that were made.

I order the slushy machine that they have been advertising on facebook for $29.99 plus $4.99 express shipping and I was charged another $29.99 and to top it off I never received my machine and I have sent them a email through their contact and I have not heard anything back from them😡 This is a shame they’re scamming people especially in a disabled woman and I get a monthly check so I don’t have any money to give away😢
