Scam site

This site have scammed my wife. Taken two payments and taken weeks to reply to her email. Then claiming to offer one refund (nothing refunded) and discount for the product as they claim their delivery team have sent it. A company would not offer discount for a delivered item. Absolutely scam. I hope you don't fall into he trap. Companies like this need jail terms.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Good when things go well. But I've just received the wrong item. Sent to me. To be told after sending a picture that there is nothing can be done and they then took my money. Now tims no refund. Ridiculous customer service.

Zurich have taken weeks often months to…

Zurich have taken weeks often months to reply to my emails. I have a case opened since February with no resolution. The complaints team even emailed and then ignored my reply! A company more bothered about larger clients than the everyday man. I'm sure they will reply to this but I'd rather a reply and actual work on my case.

Rubbish site that is slow

Rubbish site that is slow, difficult to use and instructions are hidden or hard to find in a desperate attempt to keep you. Do not use this site. I am trying to get money back and it's been painful so far. Simple avoid.

Worse and most stressful company I have…

Worse and most stressful company I have ever dealt with. Kate Bell made everything more stressful than it needed to be and never replies to simple emails. She dose not understand how the real world works and hides behind her computer screen. Just avoid if you can. Thought I'd update that they give the old big review reply 'get in touch' and don't even reply to that! I want my money back from there useless service but we know they will avoid that at all costs!

Danielle was fantastic from the company. Organised a call back when I was available and sorted everything out really smoothly. Great help and detail. Will possible be sorting the wife's insurance out with her it was that smooth and easy to do.
