Ordered a watch on November the 25th 2025, as it was back order i already was aware it would take a bit longer than expected as it stated 14-28 working days until delivery. To which i was happy to wait, when it got to the 9th of December i emailed them just to ask if they had any idea how much longer it would be, to which i had no reply. I emailed again on the 14th to hopefully get a response as i asked if i could change the adress to get it shipped to the person i was buying it for as it was a gift and it hasn’t been dispatched, again no reply. I emailed AGAIN on the 27th of december to ask for a refund as i just didn’t want them to have my money anymore as they couldn’t be bothered to reply to me. to which there was radio silence. I rang the number on the website which went straight to voicemail. It is now the 15th January 2026, almost 2 months since purchasing the watch and i've had not a single response from the company, nor a refund. Do not buy from here.

ONE STAR – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought my husband-to-be a watch as a wedding present from Watches and Crystals, on 5th August 2025 and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

They were quick enough to take £1,490 from me, but when it came to actually delivering the watch or helping me track it, their customer service was beyond appalling. I was told the watch had been “delivered” even though it never arrived. The so-called proof of delivery is laughable — the signature is not mine, my name was spelt incorrectly, and the “photo evidence” was just a delivery card sitting on someone else’s lap.

To make matters worse, I was then told it had been delivered to a completely different company, not my address. Despite all this clear evidence, I was accused of lying, told the item had definitely been delivered, and then had the phone put down on me. Emails are completely ignored, and no one takes responsibility.

This is without question the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am now £1,499 out of pocket, stressed, and struggling to know what to do — all for a wedding gift that never arrived.

It’s is now 10th January 2026 and I’m still no better off!!
If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My husbands watch needed replacing, we hoped for the same watch but this was not possible so we were asked to pick another, this was then sent, it it a very nice watch and my husband is happy with it, my only comment is I had to contact them to find out what was happening, but the items are lovely and everyone was very helpfull.

My husband ordered and paid for a watch for my birthday nearly a month ago.Despite numerous emails and promises from this company there is still no sign of my watch.My husband has sent emails requesting a refund and now just gets an automated response.Please do not buy from this fake company as they are scammers!:-(

I ordered a Tag heuer for myself, the process was very simple and they kept me informed from the moment i ordered to the moment it was delivered.

Delivery was very fast it arrived in only 2 days. In between that I was sent an email offering to just the size before they sent it. I didn’t know my size so I didn’t have it done but they did call me before the deadline to ensure I saw the email.

Very good customer service would definitely order again.

Very impressed with the service. Unfortunately an item was not being restocked, but was kept informed and offered alternatives. Received replacement item and part refund without any issues.
Would recommend them
