Great customer service

Great customer service. I switched to another provider for other reasons and wanted to cancel broadband from TalkTalk. The whole journey was around 10-15 minutes and my request has been fullfilled smoothly by Naman Gaba.

Careful when switching to go electric tariff

I have switched to go electric tariff to get cheap electric for EV charging. I have checked the usage and invoice from their app and seen that they are charging me at full price rather than the reduced rate so got in touch with them. I have been told that the app shows wrong and when the invoice is calcualted it will be using the reduced rate. After 2 months of switching, I got my first invoice and they have charged me full price for all usage rather than reduced price for night EV charging. Called them again and now I have been told that the meter was set to economy7 in EDF records and my account and needs to be reconfigured correctly to smart meter so I can be charged with reduced rate. I am now tring to reach them to reconfigure the meter but after 4 calls to customer service, I have been hanged up 4 times so no progress at all. Very disappointing from a company of this size. If same thing happens to several thousand household, they are making huge amount of profit with false advertisement as they are charging almost 4 times of what is advertised.

So far I have not been able t oget to the customer service to make this reconfiguration. Seems like this is a dodgy tariff to trick people to switch to and charge them at full price.

I have used DIY Kitchens twice already…

I have used DIY Kitchens twice already once in 2016 & once in 2021. Very good quality and very good price. There are several unit types that most kitchen compnies don't have. Huge amount of unit types that fits everywhere. I will definetely use them again.

Dodgiest company I have ever had to deal…

Dodgiest company I have ever had to deal with. I placed 2 orders and they have shipped the items (or just entered tracking numbers) and suddenly they called the parcel back for both order and after 7-8 calls to the company they still refuse to refund the money back. Stay away from this website and if possible run away and dont look back. It is a dodgy company to take your money and not deliver any goods.

Very good quality food & Excellent Service

I have had some delays around the delivery but it has been sorted out by Anthap. Excellent customer service and good customer care.

The food is very good quality so it was worth the wait.

skyscanner show ticket is available but …

skyscanner show ticket is available but when you go thorugh the travelup you cannot buy the ticket saying it is not available anymore. Go back to skyscanner and it says it is still available thorugh travelup but when you proceed fails again saying it is not available. i had to change the dates and location to be able to get a ticket.

I wanted to move my number to another …

I wanted to move my number to another network as id mobile was not getting any reception at all at my home. I called the customer service and after 15min of chat they sent me the pac number via text message. After I hang up the phone, I received another text saying "the pac cancelled instead the the number will be disconnected per your request" which I have not requested such a thing. And now when I call customer service it disconnect right away and does not even let me talk to anyone about who did this.

Update: Sorted out the problem by calling from another number to id mobile customer service but still something i have not authorized was performed on my account.

Hi Faith, when you receive a PAC code your account should remain active until you use the PAC and move your number over to another network. If a 30-day disconnection has been processed then your PAC code may no longer be valid.
