I’m not a fan of the baked powder type…

I’m not a fan of the baked powder type foundations but once I tried the liquid “serum” foundation, I’m hooked. They also have great sales.

I was using IT but the product seemed to change. I switched to ilmakiage which wasn’t very good. I am glad I found Laura’s serum foundation. I’ve been wearing it about a year & love it.

I use this service periodically to help friends in JA. It’s always quick, easy & thru even send a text letting us both know it’s been received. It’s a nice surprise for a friend to get a random texture phone was topped up. Thank you for making it easy. This time was for the hurricane.

Terrible!

Terrible!! I have previously used Semiglutide & had great results. I only used it for 3 months & wanted to take a break before trying it again. I then decided to try Piper. This was a huge mistake & waste of money.

I placed my order with Piper. It was approved quickly but then they said it shipped & it sat in “waiting for pickup” for 2 days. Then it shipped & was delayed several days again. It did finally arrive after 9pm one evening. I told them it was no longer cold. They said it was fine. I began taking it but did not notice any of the feelings you usually get with this medication. I still took it as prescribed.

When I began my second vial I contacted the Dr because I had actually gained 5 pounds. They said “just keep taking it, it takes time to lose weight” ok but I have used this before & did not gain weight. I told them I was not happy. They said just take it as prescribed. I have now taken it for 4 months & the only weight I lost was the 5 pounds I gained from it 3 months ago.

Piper claims to “create meds special for you” I don’t think it’s authentic. They put additives in their vials too. Some of them arrive pink (B12) supposedly. I ordered it without the additives yet they added them anyways.

Reaching out to support does nothing. Messaging the dr does nothing. The injections do nothing!! This company is a scam!! I highly recommend you do more research & avoid “join piper” I am
Out $500 & have zero results to show for it. Although now that my refills have been declined, now they want to message me. Yeah, I know it declined, I blocked you from charging my card again. I tried to resolve this but they could care less about my issues with their product. All they cared about was collecting another payment. Avoid this company!! I

I’ve bought them from Amazon & they’re so good but I ordered direct & it’s so scammish…. $70 & 10 days later zero response & no order. The replies to the ship are auto replies. This is not cool. If I don’t hear soon I’ll have no choice but to dispute that charge.

Scam Site Beware!

Placed an order a month ago. They said I would receive them in 4-7 days. It took over a month & they’re HUGE! Their website says “free exchanges. 100% money back if not satisfied” except I requested an exchange… they said I must pay to return them, international shipping & once they receive them & process the return they will then send out the next size. This directly goes against their own written guarantee. I’ll be filing a dispute.

Zero response on damaged orders

HALARA reached out & resolved this. Therefore I updated my rating appropriately. Thank you.

Zero response on damaged orders. They told me to just cut excess threads off… except that thread was snags all over lace & it created holes in the lace. Their delivery company is also knocking on doors AFTER MIDNIGHT!! (SpeedX) which is unacceptable too! They’ll knock on the wrong door and have a serious issue on their hands. This has to be illegal. I contacted HALARA because he did not even leave the order (different than the lace leggings) this was Sunday Eve into Monday morning at nearly 12:30AM! Then he marked it delivered & took off with it when my Dane jumped on the front door…. Something is happening to HALARA… they aren’t the company they used to be. Buyer beware!!

OBVI is OBVIOUSLY a SCAM…

I ordered a 3 month supply with the guarantee that if it did not do as promised I would be able to return for a full refund. I’ve contacted them so many times but each person has less sense than the next… they can’t understand that their website clearly says I can call them between 9am -6pm EST M-F. They also do not accept return requests via email. I have plenty of screenshots of this. Once they trap you into buying they say you must call between 11am-3pm EST. I called at 3:30pm and no answer. I call at 9:30AM no answer. I contacted the BBB and found out they not only have an F but they do not respond to complaints. I am now contacting the attorney general. I do not have access to a phone to sit on hold for these people to decide if they’d like to answer a phone. They’re rude & cannot even decipher what their own website shows. I’m warning everyone to avoid these scam artists!!

I’ve been ordering from HALARA for…

I’ve been ordering from HALARA for years. We’ve had a few issues but they’ve always resolved them. I recently received a defective item & they were so quick to resolve it, so easy. That made me want to order more.. now they’ve made the athletic dresses with built in bras with larger cups!! Amazing! Of course I had to buy one in every color. It’s so nice for them to not squish me, up top… the new dresses with built in bras make life easy. One piece of clothing… bra & shorts.. my new favorite outfit.

If only I could leave negative stars

If only I could leave negative stars! They’re getting 1 star because it’s the lowest I can leave.
I initially purchased a bra from Popilush through Amazon. I liked it & kept seeing this dress advertised so decided to place an order. I ordered 2 dresses, one was an athletic dress & the other a cowl neck dress, a surprise box at $30 & 2 different boxes for $10 each.

The athletic dress arrived first. It was covered in white nastiness all over between the legs & butt of the shorts attached to it. It was nasty! I immediately contacted them & was told I can only do 1 return or exchange per order so I should wait until the rest of the order arrived. Well that took another week to even ship. It finally arrived 2 weeks later & the dress I really wanted was way small according to their own measurements online. I even sized up & it runs very small.

I contacted them, I was told the dress was still in stock & I could reorder it if I agreed to a gift card. So I accepted a gift card & placed the order.

I ordered a swimsuit that says “set” instead of the athletic dress I originally ordered. The black cowl neck dress I accepted the gift card for & added on the surprise boxes since there was nothing else I wanted. I should say the surprise boxes… don’t waste your money unless you want the same thing over & over. All they do is offer you a $10 coupon!! I don’t want a coupon I want my order or my money!

They still have failed to ship the dress I wanted, it is out of stock they claim. I went to the site & was able to order 5 of the same dress yet they claim they don’t have it. So they’re scamming people.

Then the swimsuit, they said “even though it says set it’s really only one piece” IT SAYS SET!! They admit it says set! They claim they can’t send the rest of it!!! Fraudulent website! False advertising!

The $30 surprise is a basic bodysuit, not the cute ones! Plain & basic with long sleeves… I don’t wear long sleeves it’s too hot in Florida. The $10 surprise is a beige stretchy cheap bra. Not like the bra I liked from Amazon. It’s a nylon & polyester stretchy great grandma looking thing… despite ordering different options for the $10 box, I now have 3 of the same ugly bra. The different options are a lie too. All 3 were the exact same item!

I still don’t have the bottoms to the suit or the dress I wanted. They still kept my money & can’t figure out how to fix my order!! 😡

If you saw the pictures of the athletic dress they sent me, you’d be sick! It’s gross! I also had to hang onto that gross item until they shipped the rest of the first order cause only 1 return allowed per order.

At this time I have placed 2 orders, each over $150 & have nothing to show for it! All these incompetent people want to do is send me a $10 coupon! They can fold it up & stick it someplace else! All I want is my COMPLETE order or my money back!!!

CAUTION, DO NOT accept a gift card from these people! They’ll give you a higher amount than you paid but they won’t actually ship it & then you’re stuck. Definitely decline the gift card & demand your money returned. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Oh yeah, you can email them but it takes 3 days for a reply which is just… “sorry we will give you $10” 🤯 never once have they done anything they claimed they would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

My dogs love Bark Box & Super Chewer

Bark Box Resolved this. We’ve now been customers for 7 years & still remain because they do follow up & follow through. I do recommend them but, if your dogs don’t destroy the toys… be ready for many repeat toys. My dogs used to destroy them so this wasn’t a huge issue. Now they’re older & don’t destroy them so 3-4 of the same toy is kinda pointless. My dogs love Bark Box & Super Chewer. We’ve had a subscription for well over 6 years. We’ve adjusted strength & toys over the years for our dogs as well as multiple fosters we’ve shared with. My dogs are large & enjoy a variety of toys. Super chewer gives them tough chew toys & I often order the XL toys for them as well.

Recently they had a clearance sale & I purchased quite a few toys. I often buy extra toys to donate & for gifts as well. I placed multiple orders & did not receive my full order. I contacted bark about a missing raft from one order & a missing hydrant sprinkler & cookies from another. I was given the run around for well over an hour & still do not have a resolution. I was also missing 2 bags of treats from the first order. This guy insisted that the missing items were shipped separately despite them being listed on the invoice of the order that was supposed to be received. I even copied & pasted the order lists. Eventually he said he had replaced the 5 boxes of cookies, missing pork chunk treats & the hydrant. The raft was shipped separately & was actually listed as such on the email detailing the shipment of my orders.

Yesterday I received the raft & the final order. I am STILL MISSING the fire hydrant sprinkler, 5 boxes of dog cookies, & 2 bags of pork meat chunks. (Part of the issue I believe is they’re drop shipping via Amazon instead of filling the orders themselves) I thought I resolved this but still have not received that email confirming the replacement. The guy I was speaking to via chat did not give me the feeling that he knew what he was doing. He only “went back to review my orders again” after I snapped that I can’t get him to understand that the order is not complete. He then put me on hold awhile, came back & said he resolved it. Ok, where!? He said he saw a hydrant in another order still on the way. I said yes, do you see I ordered 2!? I did not realize I needed permission to buy an extra for my daughters dogs. He had to put me on hold awhile to research that too. Then he confirmed yes, I ordered 2! 🤯 the missing one shows it was in the box delivered on Monday. It was NOT!

So now I’ve spent well over $200 on dog toys & still missing multiple items. Then the alligator toy arrived yesterday, with a hole in its head. It’s not a large hole but for a dog toy, it will definitely not be a good thing. I took a picture but didn’t feel like talking to a wall via bark chat so did not send it to them. The “pork meat chunks” he said are sold out. I did not want a refund, I wanted a replacement. He said he would send something in its place & I would receive a confirmation email stating this. I still have not received that email & that was 2 days ago.

I don’t really care about the box verse bag issue that seems to have several people upset, I understand saving production & shipping costs. My dogs do enjoy the box but I don’t actually let them eat it or anything so they’ll survive. I do however get tired of the same toys repeatedly. I’ve also requested XL toys. Now they are offering a limited edition XL dog box but… you can’t get that box if you’re already a subscriber. That’s rather aggravating since I’ve requested that XL box for years but now it’s not an option for me? We already do the toy only boxes. I only order treats occasionally but order toys quite often…. Sadly, this morning I signed up for a new dog box with a new company. I am so tired of arguing with bark box!! If I don’t receive ALL my missing items I will have to dispute with my credit card. I am so disappointed with bark. I can’t believe their customer service plummeted so fast. They used to be great but seems they’ve lost their appeal. If they aren’t going to remain loyal to their own brand, why should I? We’ve been loyal to Bark Box & Super Chewer for many years. It’s sad to see them turn their back on long term, loyal customers but at this point I should be leaving them 1 star. I’m only giving 3 because I have been happy over the years and just because they’ve dropped the ball doesn’t mean I forgot all the good experiences we’ve had in the past. I don’t want to think about canceling & ending our long term relationship with Bark but I have spent far too much money to be treated like they could care less.

I decided to do the try before you buy…

I decided to do the try before you buy for the get dreamy cream. I did not see any results but they claim it takes 30 days, the trial is only for 21 days. They add a bunch of stuff onto your order & you have to keep declining to purchase them. I agreed to try 2 products, the get dreamy & the serum. The serum I like the scent however the cap is aluminum & has a crazy sharp edge. I went to catch it as it fell off my sink edge & sliced my thumb pretty deep. I contacted them but they could care less. I only wanted to alert them to the issue so they could fix that sharp edge. I also requested a label to return the items. This was 4/13. They did respond to my messages but each response offered me a discount or an additional product to try. I only wanted to return it. I requested this label multiple times. I again requested a label on 4/21 after reading an entire FB page dedicated to to this “ MAELYS cosmetics SCAMMED and Uncensored” this is the name of the group! There are hundreds of members. This told me I needed to be a bit more forceful on my return. I contacted my card provider & alerted them to the issue. You see the trial was supposed to be a charge of $5.99… they charged me $125! That was just an authorization & it did fall off. The $5.99 was a valid charge but I advised my bank to please block Maelys from charging me any further. So today my message was sent & they offered me a 20% discount to keep it. I declined & requested the label. They replied “how about we send you a new product to try” I said no thank you, I just want to return this box. They told me to keep or give away the get wild body spray that was a gift… after refusing their offers they told me I have to return the gifts. It’s fine I had them in the box already, I read those complaints. They’ll apparently refuse your return if the gifts aren’t included… no worries, they were gifts I’d never use anyways. So after over a week of back & forth requesting a label they finally send me one. They say I have less than a week to get it to them or I’ll be charged. I said well since I’ve been requesting this label for well over a week & I cannot control the post office… this will be on you. I’ll drop it at the post office tomorrow but if it’s not delivered on time.. that’s your problem not mine. I also advise anyone trying this product to take photos & save your correspondence to support a charge back if needed. It seems they try very hard to make you keep products you don’t want.

This WAS one of my favorite stores…

This WAS one of my favorite stores until I needed customer service. I order so much from them. Several months back I noticed a new charge on my invoice. It said $2.98 unlimited free returns. I clicked it to be sure of the info. This is what it says….

This was copied & pasted direct from their website. So I decided to try a couple dresses I wasn’t too sure about but since I could return them I wanted to give them a try. 2 of the dresses were huge! They were a 1X but fit larger than their 2X. So I contacted them to exchange. I was told it’s final sale. Except my invoice/ receipt, my order confirmation, my email, even THEIR WEBSITE fails to mention this “final sale” anywhere. I went through & screenshot the pictures of each item to show there is zero mention of a final sale. So apparently they are scamming people by charging this extra fee. I went to the site for the returns that is ran by X-redo. Their site even says if an item is not eligible for return they are responsible for clearly marking such items. Except they failed to do so. I have since contacted the BBB however they have an F rating there as well. I’m thinking this will likely end as a charge back from my credit card company. Their website is very deceptive & I’ve made sure to notate & screenshot everything to prove this.
once I replied that they charged me for free returns then denied the return, they stopped responding. Half of their stuff is available under different brands on Amazon. Just put the pic of the item in their search bar & you’ll find it. I’d suggest doing this because Amazon will make them accept the returns & you won’t get screwed this way. Although, you’re likely buying from a different store, it still looks the same. Please don’t get screwed by their false return promise & poor customer service.

At first I was happy… that ended…


I’ve updated this to 3 stars since they did contact me & refund the box I was charged for that I did not receive. I won’t subscribe again but they did make things right & it’s only fair that I update the review.

At first I was happy… that ended quickly. EveryPlate continued to send incomplete orders, rotten food, moldy garlic, moldy veggies, etc. they only credited my account on their end. That would have been ok but the credits from rotten food cannot be used with their current specials or promos. So you pay the full price to use the credit for THEIR FAILURE! This continued for months & eventually I canceled. They still sent orders after I canceled. They refused to refund me & then sent the orders they continued to send when I was not even in the country! They then sent it to collections. Of course I disputed it & they said they would not refund it. I said then use all the credits that were on my account that you refused to refund me. They said they would not because they apparently had a $1 promo on it. This company is a joke! They fraudulently charge me for orders & honestly, they claim to not ship without pre payment… except the orders they sent to collections they claim that they sent as a good will order… nope! Not only did I cancel their garbage service, I did not order this junk & will never give every plate a penny again. I had referred multiple people who also all canceled due to repeated issues. I can’t warn you enough to avoid them!

We were actually stalked & harassed by…

We were actually stalked & harassed by a representative from Liberty Travel. Her name is Lisa Siubus out of NJ. We are frequent guests at Sandals in Ocho rios, Jamaica. Lisa is a travel agent who actually violates the rules for marketing posted by sandals for agents. Her husband; Vaughn runs a sandals group on FB. Lisa is a moderator (admin) they use the group to solicit people to book with liberty travel. They’re then encouraged to stalk us, record us, even take photos or damage our property by kicking it into the pool. They’re jealous of the long term relationship we have built with staff. This has been very repetitive the past 2 years. I haven’t reported this to the BBB & the FL AG. NJ consumer affairs has now referred this to New Jersey division of consumer fraud. I have all paperwork & documents to support this claim. I have well over 200 photos & videos that I was able to download from their FB Group that they encourage others to post in. We ended up victims of stalking & doxxing while on a vacation we paid thousands for. Imagine not being able to enjoy dinner or even relaxing in the pool at a resort due to being recorded & those people gotta & videos being uploaded to their website. I highly recommend you check out the BBB reports of Liberty travel & their partner / owner flight center travel group. You’ll see they have 1 star & tons of complaints. For an agent to claim she’s a professional in business over 20 years, she sure is unprofessional & risking criminal charges. Please avoid liberty travel & Lisa siubus at all costs.

I love the dresses but the open back…

I love the dresses but the open back one doesn’t stay in place. It needs something to attach the back to so it stops shifting. I keep ordering smaller sizes but I think it’s just a design flaw.

Always use viator

Every time I book club Mobay, I use viator. I’ve never had any issues with them. Last year, I had to cancel a booking. A lot of others who booked through other outlets, had issues getting refunds. I just contacted viator. My refund was processed, in 24 hours. I was impressed! I’ve since booked with them, 2 additional times. I will always use viator & recommend them to everyone.

Horrible service

Horrible service! First they said they couldn’t find my account but, they had no problem charging my card. Then a month to receive the order. It was not as advertised! I specifically emailed back & forth with them to assure I would not get the super low rise panties due to a C section scar. What did they send? EVERY SINGLE PAIR IS SUPER LOW RISE!!! I contact the company and spoke to an ignorant rep. They claim that they can’t fix it, can’t exchange or return and still have yet to cancel my account as requested! Do NOT waste your money on this garbage! This company is fraudulent! They now want an order number 3 years later… wow… I was able to find it to prove I truly did have an order with them. Beautiful but not as advertised

I ordered a dress for my daughter. We went according to measurements. Not only did it arrive with multiple stones loose and missing, it was also several sizes too big. I had to take it in for alterations. I knew I would need minor things fixed like the length but, all the missing stones and the top was SO huge on my daughter. It has cost me another hundred bucks in alterations and it is still not finished because it was so big and she had to repair so many loose stones. The dress is beautiful but seems more like a clearance sale item, one that you would buy because it was damaged. I am very disappointed in this purchase. Additionally, the top is shown as white but it is light beige or nude color. The color we chose was supposed to be called "sea glass" it was shown as a bright greenish blue. The color we received is more of a blue, there is not any green in this dress.
