The company offers a discount on your first order, but the numbers are inflated so that you're almost paying full price. The website buries in the fine print that you are signing up for a subscription that you did not ask for. The following month, they will charge your card and ship product you did not order. When you attempt to cancel, they will tell you too late, it's already shipped.
As far as the product, both of my dogs (who ate absolutely not picky eaters) hate the taste and will not eat the vitamins, so I can't tell you whether it works or not.

I shipped 2 packages last week. My options were 2 day shipping, 3 day shipping, or ground shipping. 2 day shipping would arrive by the 22nd. 3 day shipping would arrive by the 24th. Ground shipping would arrive by the 26th. I chose 3 day shipping.
Today the tracking number show that the packages will not be delivered until the 29th. That's even slower than ground shipping.
I called UPS. The rep was like whoopsie, we just had too many packages to deliver in the time frame promised.
Maybe laying off all those employees right before the holidays wasn't their best idea.

I was trying to read one article. It said to create a free account to "read this article on us." So I created the free account. They now have all my personal information. There is now another paywall on the article that says I have to upgrade my plan to continue.

False advertising. Just a scam to collect data for who knows what purposes.

My 3-4 day delivery package was shipped 2/9, which means it should have been delivered on the 12th or 13th. It had not even left the origin city by the 13th. It is currently 3/1. The package status has not updated since 2/23. FedEx reps are reading from a script that says due to a winter storm 2/13-2/17, packages are delayed and will be delivered as soon as possible. First of all, the package should have been delivered before the storm. Secondly, the storm has been over for 2 weeks. Third, the package was coming to Florida, which was completely unaffected by the storm.

SCAM! They offered $35 for my phone. When they received it, they claim there is a part missing and want to give me $2. I sent the phone in a shockproof case, with no parts missing, and in perfect working condition. I have sent multiple messages asking exactly what part is missing and they will not tell me.

I have done business with them for more than two years and always had great service. Now I have an order that was placed 13 days ago that has not been shipped and customer service has not responded to any of my FIVE inquiries. It was supposed to be shipped from the US warehouse and arrive in 5 to 7 days.
