It's Utterly ridiculous..

The worst courier experience I ever had.
Had a international parcel dispatched over a month ago.
No e-mail, no text, no call, no notifications in the app to update whatsoever.
Calling the company is also very tricky and pretty much a waste of time.
I even sent a complaint e-mail,They didn't even bother to reply.
