Socks not delivered. Contacted company and fobbed off with silly excuses. Clearly a scam.

Avoid at all costs. This is a scam. My experience was the same as others. Luckily I had paid by PayPal and asked them to cancel, otherwise I would have been £100 out of pocket.

Bcuz their website is not good i ended up ordering 5 pairs of socks when i only wanted 2. I called them immediately to explain. Asked for order to be cancelled and they said no. when i asked for return label be sent to me becuse i didnt want then due to poor webside and i didn't want 5 pairs of socks they said no again. They said I had to wait till i received socks. Makes no sense right. I waited and when they arrived i asked again for return label and relevant info to do this - they said that they didn't except returns. No option to talk to a person, messaging only. Tbh i feel duped!!

Ordered in 25th May. They have still not arrived. Been fobbed of with comments like “your delivery details are incorrect” “we’re getting your order together”. Have emailed them a lot of times and seem to just get fobbed off. Have now requested a refund for the items. Beware would be my advice absolutely shocking service! Can’t comment on the product as I’ve not seen it.

My experience with Buba socks is similar to most of the negative reviews.
I placed an order and emailed them within 5 minutes asking to cancel it. I was told it was too late, but not to worry—I had 30 days to return it once I received it.
I didn’t open the socks as I realised that they were the wrong size and besides that, they had told me that I could return them.
I rang them requesting a code to return the order, but I was told that I couldn’t return them because they were personal items, and due to infection, I couldn’t return them.
I have spoken via email with a number of customer agents to no avail. I have asked for the complaints process and also for the returns policy, neither of which was sent to me.
I have PayPal to intervene and also my bank.
We will see what’s happening but I don’t think these cowboys con artists will follow the rules.
Even so, they say that if you cancel within 12 hours they would accept the request, it is all a lot of bull*****.
Stay away from them.

Realised in about 10/15 minutes I had ordered wrong size, contacted company who said too late order had gone through, after sending another email suggesting their distribution is the fastest l have even known they responded saying wait for delivery they would then detail how to return and they would refund payment and then I could reorder.
I have done that and 3 weeks and 2 emails later I am reading other reviews and I’ve come to the conclusion that my expectation of either getting correct goods or my money refunded are slim.
Balancing other reviews I am of the opinion that the good ones are setups and the claims of a scam are closer to the truth.
We shall see they still have the option to do what they said they would.

Ordered x2 pairs of compression socks using their size guide. Arrived today. £40+ took one sock out and realised way too big and definitely not a compression sock as described. One set not even removed from packet.
At least 7 emails later trying to get a return code and address only to be told I can’t return them.

Because of the poor admin and the time to receive the compression socks I ordered, when they eventually arrived I wnanted to send them back foer a refund.
note I did not open the sealed package containing the socks.Buba

customer services refused my request claiming health & safety.I pointed out to them that under distance selling regs. they were breaking the law as a sealed package could not be held as a reason to refuse a return
So I woul say avoid this company

This is a SCAM! Initially I ordered one pair of compression socks trom Bubasocks to see what they were like. I was happy with my purchase, so I decided to order five pairs of socks. When I received my purchase I thought the package looked a little small, when I opened it I discovered why. Bubasocks had sent me five pairs of anklets and not compression socks, the Irony of this is that what I received are not even listed on their website. I emailed customer suppport who told me that they could not change the anklets for compression socks due to hygiene reasons, but as a goodwill gesture they would give me discount on my next order. I have contacted the customer support team three times. Each time a different person has replied with exactly the same response word for word.

Most definitely a scam, partner ordered a pair and got charged £60. All reviews are made by fake accounts except for the other one star review which had the same overcharging problem. Do not buy.

No confirmation email, website looked dodgy but thought was just over marketing. Came to reviews and saw mention of a scam. Definitely a scam.

Ordered a deal of 3 pairs of socks for £29 which jumped to £90 on PayPal.. website then sent me back to page where I pressed on a pop up that wouldn’t go away and it automatically charged another £50. There was no way to get to a normal checkout page to see what the hell was going on so emailed within 5 minutes to be repeatedly told it’s too late to cancel order.. even though I still haven’t even received an email confirmation for original ‘order’. When you can’t even access a page telling you what the final price and postage is and no order confirmation comes through other than a run down after a complaint… feels like a scam to me £147 for a few pair of socks says scam

After my knee surgery, my doctor recommended compression socks, and these have been amazing. They helped a lot with the swelling in my legs, especially in the first few weeks. The compression felt supportive but not too much to where it was uncomfortable.

I was worried these socks would be too thick for summer, but they're surprisingly breathable. Even on hot days, my feet don’t feel suffocated, and they still provide the support I need.

I wore these for a long road trip, and I can’t believe how much they helped. Usually, my legs feel stiff and swollen after hours in the car, but not this time. The socks kept my circulation going and didn’t get too warm.
